Efficient. Accommodating. Sandra is great. However, i do not appreciate getting called by a salesman while i am waiting for service who says he "noticed" i have taken my car in for servcing and do i want to trade it in for a newer model. Feels as if Im being stalked. Please cease that practice.

Contest a Scam
Ingram Park Nissan is running an advertising scam to get visitors to their showroom. A flyer arrived in my mailbox with prizes listed across the top and a scratch off circle next to them. Each prize had a different six digit code under it and if your scratch off circle had a matching code, it looked like you won that prize. I scratched the circle off and the code matched one of the prizes. The flyer said if you won a prize, you had to call a 1+800 number or go to a website to register and set up an appointment. I did that and set up 2:00 pm today(10/21/23) for my appointment. Now, inside the folded flyer was a paragraph in 2 point type, the notorious "fine print", giving the odds of a winning prize code. But, hey, my scratch off code matched one of the prize codes, so the odds didn't matter, right? I got to Ingram Park Nissan at 1:45 pm today and was greeted by a sales rep in a IPAC Nissan polo shirt. He said the promotion reps were working under a special canopy in the show room and said just to have a seat since they were with clients now. I waited as the reps, in orange polo shirts, running the scam talked to people in front of them. As the people left and my appointment time came and went, no one approached me to ask if I needed anything. I asked the receptionist about my appointment and was told I needed to sign in. Didn’t they know their appointment schedule? The last people left the canopy, so I approached the guy in the orange polo shirt. I told him I had a 2:00 o'clock appointment and showed him my winning flyer. He took my flyer and told me I had NOT won the prize indicated by the scratch off code, that another number printed on the bottom of the flyer was a chance to enter a drawing for a prize. He showed me another flyer with the identical scratch off code and told me all of the flyers were the same. He opened the flyer to the inside with the "fine print" and said, "Surely, you read the whole thing?" in a snarky, sarcastic tone. I told him that this was an entire scam and nothing more. He told me not to get loud or he would have me thrown out and besides what did it cost me? My time, I replied, and left. This dealership and this scam prize campaign has made certain I will never buy a Nissan in the future and will urge others to be wary of any business that resorts to scams to get visitors in their showrooms. How good can their business practices be if they need to resort to this dishonesty to drive traffic to their business?

This isn't a scam and we actually have had winners of other prizes during our event. Every one that brings in the Flyer will have a unique number and that number must match the number of the board. I do apologize that you were not informed that information before you came in. Our goal isn't to mislead or give any of our customers false hopes that they won a car, Again, I do apologize and would love to discuss with you if you get a chance to call us over here. My name is Bob Ralph and I am the General Manager and my number is 210--681-6300. Thank you and have an awesome week.
