    DONT EVER TRUST THIS NISSAN DEALER WITH YOUR VEHICLE NOT EVEN A MINOR OIL CHANGE. THEY WILL STEAL_TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE ABOUT DOING THE WORK AND REPAIRS,... THEN REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND REFUSE TO FIX THEIR WORK. HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AND NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK ITS SAD THEY REPRESENT THE NISSAN BRAND

    We have a Nissan battery installed by this dealership that had an 84month warranty, it is only 45months in. Car wouldn't start. We brought the battery... in and was refused any kind of service unless we brought the vehicle in. HELLLOOOO Dead battery so can't move the vehicle!!!! Common sense. It took my husband to ask for the Service GM who reluctantly agreed to recharge the battery so we can bring in the vehicle for them to check the vehciles charging system according to their protocal. We picked up the battery later in the afternoon and guess what??? BATTERY IS STILL DEAD after they called and said it's holding a charge and to come pick it up. I mean what they hey?! You want me to bring in the vehicle then give me a battery that can hold a charge long enough so I can drive it back to you so you can do your so called protocol on my vehicle. We even just purchase two new vehicles from this dealership last summer and now I don't want them touching my new vehicles if they can't do honest work to begin with. They have a I don't care attitude and Nissan Corp needs to overhaul their service department staff.

    I am appalled by the dishonesty that took place when we (regrettably) purchased from this place! The advertised price was not honored and they gave us... a ton of excuses about fees that we were stupid enough to fall for. We never signed an itemized paper and all signatures were taken electronically after we were read what we were signing, we never actually saw what we were signing. Not only did we not get the advertised price but they charged us almost $5k OVER the msrp and about $8k over the agreement we made with the salesman. They made us wait about 3 hours in the finance office to close on the deal so we were definitely exhausted and hungry and ready to go home and made the mistake of trusting that the deal we agreed upon was what we were signing. Now we are paying $30k for a vehicle that was advertised just under $9k and isn’t even worth more than maybe $15k. These people are criminals!

    Conclusion - Unfair, dishonest, deceptive practices, unhelpful (except business person Toni), or incompetent people/place. Sales, finance, service, and... management - down the line. Wish I'd read the reviews first and didn't trust these people. Bad reviews on net are on point - early ones match the recent ones. Suggestion - Stay away from this place. I'll NEVER do business with IPAC ever again, nor anyone who worked there.

    Came here for a door handle replacement and was quoted 400 dollars at gunn nissan but came here and Dustin and the crew were able to do it for 150 dollars.... The staff was friendly and prompt to get the issue resolved. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone having issues with there nissan. And look forward to doing business with them in the future

    I was told I could purchase two key fobs, then two hours later told that they only had one in stock. But, I could wait an additional two hours and they???d... get another. I was charged $350 for one and told I would have to purchase the second one at the same price at a later date if I couldn???t wait the additional two hours after driving over 100 miles to get there one way, with my vehicle on a tow trailer
