Started having battery warning light on 2020 Jetta on

Started having battery warning light on 2020 Jetta on Wednesday. Had trip planned for that weekend and planned on taking Jetta. The VW service team was able to work me in and get new battery installed before trip.

While out of town our daughter had a minor accident that

While out of town our daughter had a minor accident that required a tow. I was able to contact John at VW and explain the scenario. We arranged to have the car towed there and they would take a look. They quickly worked the car in and provided a list of services that were needed. We reviewed the requested services and landed on the ones that would allow the car to be drivable. They made the repairs and had the car returned to us within 4 days. As usual, great experience with John and the VW Clarksville Service team.

Over the weekend of Oct 4/5 an issue first came up with

Over the weekend of Oct 4/5 an issue first came up with our VW Taos that required a tire repair. While we were dealing with that our VW Jetta was throwing a batter low warning. We dropped the Jetta off at key drop on Sunday and I received a call first thing Monday from Anthony that they would take a look at it. While they couldn?t get it done on Monday - since I didn?t even have an appointment, they were able to replace battery by 10a on Tuesday. At that point - I brought the Taos up to get Jetta and they were able to complete the repairs on the Taos that day as well. The customer service and care that John and Anthony provide at VW Clarksville is second to none. They are customer focused, communicate timely, work with me with or without an appointment and I wouldn?t take my cars anywhere else.

I believe the new texting format for customers to use to

I believe the new texting format for customers to use to keep up with the status of their vehicle during service removes regular communication between the service department and customer. So if a service is in progress, there is no additional communication such as whether or not the vehicle will be ready for pick today or a week from now. Without a courtesy car, Customers are left wondering whether they should make transportation arrangements for a period of time.

I bought my car there and paid 2750 for the extended

I bought my car there and paid 2750 for the extended warranty on the drivetrain take it into the service department for a oil leak or burning oil issue and they claim it isn't covered on the warranty and will cost me 4700-12000 dollars out of pocket. I bought the car in May of 2025. It's been with them for a week now I have no car not a rental or anything from them. They also promised to fix small issues when I bought the car and neglected to do those things as well. They were supposed to contact me within 3 days and never did when I mentioned it they acted as though they had no idea what I was talking about. Horrible place to purchase a vehicle!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Haylee, John and Anthony have great Customer Service skills, attentive, very friendly, great listening skills, dedicated to the customer, and knowledgeable with everything. When I bring my vehicle in, they also pull my records up and advise what is needed as well as what I requested. This review is for Service only today.

Every time we go to Volkswagen of Clarksville, the process is smooth and easy. As soon as you walk in the door the staff are helpful and pleasant. They price their vehicles very reasonably. The service department is great. The technicians sent us a video with anything that they found on our vehicle to help us decide what to fix.
