Have purchase multiple cars from this dealer. Salesman was guy named Mark, very good one but is quite busy. The back office work is not very efficient... in my opinion, no better or worst than the industry standard... really only bad part about purchasing experience. Service department has been very good at maintaining the cars and getting me in/out pretty quickly. So overall pretty good dealership.

Went in to this dealer because they had the used car that I wanted. I was completely upfront with my situation from the go and told them I did not want... to waste anyone's time if this vehicle would not fit financially because I did not "need" to buy another car. Well on the surface they appeared to do everything in their ability to get it done. Only after everything was done all the lies came out. After being told that I was approved at a certain term and monthly price that I agreed to and signed the paper work, they call be the next day to tell me oops the bank did not actually approve this and the payment will be much higher. (They did get this fixed) Next as this was a used car with no dealer warranty I asked what could be done. They offered 90 day 3000 mile warranty which was awesome and I signed the paper for it only for them to change it after I signed and left to only be for Power-train. The Bluetooth did not work which they sent to a "Sister store" to have fixed where one location or the other scratched the screen and both locations say it is the others responsibility to fix it. Windshield wiper fluid nozzles were broke (no call back had to fix this on my own). Tires out of balance they want $70 to do this. Advertise 1 year of Sirius XM and you only actually get 3 months.

Battery went out with no warning late in the day. Service Dept. worked me in for a total replacement seamlessly. Staff was very courteous and accommodating.

Avoid VW of Clarksville, especially the service department. Eric and his hack service writers are liars. Back in early July I scheduled to have my airbag... and fuel pump recalls repaired. I had been waiting months on the parts for the airbag. When I went in to pick up my car I was informed the airbag recall was not corrected because they did not have parts. I was promised a loaner when the parts came in. I called VW of America, parts were earmarked for my car, and an appointment set for mid-August. When I called to confirm with Clarksville, they did not have a loaner available so I agreed to reschedule. I was supposed to be called when a loaner would be available. Two weeks later, no call. When I called, I set up and appointment through Eric with the promise of a loaner. After driving through 1 hour of rush hour standstill traffic to get from Louisville to Clarksville, everything is written up. No loaner. Over an hour and a half later I am waiting on a call back from an owner or at least someone there who would care besides the very sweet sounding person who answers the phones.

Charged $330 in diagnostic fees to re attach 1 vacuum hose and when the General Manager gave me a schtick about paying a doctor everytime you see him my... reply was,"That's like comparing apples to oranges." He told me I had an attitude, threatened to call the police and had me removed from the premises. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! GO TO LOUISVILLE!
We leased a Jetta for 4 years then decided to purchase it. Everything that could go wrong, has. The most frustrating thing is they said we wouldn't have... to pay the return fee on the car if we purchased the car. We have been getting a bill from Volkswagen for months, for the return fee. And for MONTHS we have been calling the dealership to fix this. The finance manager, Patrick, is now screening my phone calls. He said he would take care of it, hasn't, and now doesn't want to talk to me. I wish I had never stepped foot in that dealership. I love my car but I can get a Volkswagen somewhere else. Oh, and now I'm going to collections because they won't do their job.
