    March 2014: Bentley Spur & Bentley GTC Our Bentley Spur is in Houston Bentley for 2 batteries to be replaced. The Service Dept says it will take 3 weeks... (Are You Serious!) - Numerous calls have been made to Joshua Bashor (Service Advisor) who does NOT return any calls on several occasions. - We called Dallas Bentley who said that if we would bring our Bentley Spur in on Monday that it would be ready the very same day. (3 hour job). Last Month, We called Houston Bentley to order a Trunk Assembly for my Bentley GTC. The Parts Dept said they could not help me with the correct number of the part (Off of my GTC) because of their policy. - Again, I called Dallas Bentley who helped me over the phone. Knowing the one on my GTC was the correct one I ordered the part from Dallas. Over the past 5 years we have tried numerous times to purchase a Bentley from Houston Bentley, only to not have phone calls returned on many occasions. We have been to the Houston Bentley to look at their inventory. Almost every time the Staff is as "RUDE" in person as they are on the telephone. We will never go to Houston Bentley ever again. - We will just fly to Dallas Bentley and do our purchasing with them. They are Friendly & Helpful on ever occasion. It is worth the time and investment.
