There’s no way I would use this dealership again.

There’s no way I would use this dealership again. They were quick to take the cash when I purchased a vehicle but they have been very slow about returning money they owe me. I bought a 2021 Jeep Renegade in September 2021. I had planned to finance with my bank and even had the check with me to make the purchase, but they were able to get a better rate going through the dealership. During the purchase I added on an extended warranty and of course GAP. Well, November 03, 2021 & December 23, 2021 I had deer run into the side of the vehicle with the last one totaling the car (finally finalized in February with insurance). Called Five Star the beginning of February and told them I needed to cancel the GAP and Extended Warranty and they informed me I have to make the 80 mile (160 mile round trip) trip to sign paperwork. I made the drive and signed the paperwork and was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks to get the check in the mail. Well, we’re pass all that. They won’t return my phone calls and every time I call I get passed around and put on hold. Never again will I buy a vehicle from Five Star Automotive Group.

I had the recalled fuel pump go out of my 2020 Ram 3500

I had the recalled fuel pump go out of my 2020 Ram 3500 while pulling a camper to Florida. I got the truck towed to 5 Star Dodge in Macon. They told me that they don't issue rental cars so I had my son drive from Suwanee , Ga to pick my wife and I up. The truck stayed at 5 Star Dodge for close to one month for repairs. They supposedly replaced the entire fuel system on the truck. I went to pick up the truck and they emptied all the fuel to make the repair and never put any back in the tank so I lost over 30 gallons of deisel fuel. Then 2 weeks after picking the truck up, a strong deisel smell became prevelant. Then I took the truck to Mall of Georgia Dodge and they immediately put me in a rental car for the duration of the repair. Mall of Georgia is having to redo the entire repair that 5 Star Dodge of Macon just made on the truck. I would not reccommend 5 Star Dodge for any service or warranty work what so ever. They were terrible to deal with, and offered no updates as to the progress of my truck. Dealing with 5 star Dodge was the worst experience that I have ever had with a car dealership in my entire life!!

Old school ripoff. Over charge for service $4020 for...

Old school ripoff. Over charge for service $4020 for heater core plus flush. All other Dodge dealerships charge $1550 for same service. There unstaffed and know you will leave. Still charging you $189.99 dynastic for part and flush ? This practice was stopped by other dealers years ago. Be aware!!!! There are honest dealers elsewhere. Do not allow family members to make this mistake.
