Above and beyond service

John our sales professional and Chris our financial manager both did an outstanding job in helping us with the purchase of our 2023 Cadillac Escalade. We live several hours away from Macon and the Hutchinson team made the purchase very easy for us. Besides delivering our vehicle to our home, they told us if the car was not for us they would buy it back. In fact, that is what happened. There were no problem in this transaction. We ultimately purchased an different model of the Cadillac and they located and delivered the new car to us. We are very pleased with the above and beyond level of service and would recommend the team and dealership to anyone. In addition, they offered us the best interest rate posible.

The Customer Service department disappointed me so

Had quite an experience when my A/C went out at 28k miles. Service of car wash messed up my hubs, manager promised to get a solution to my issue, but, to this date, hadn’t responded back.

Best service around! ??????

We had truck trouble while traveling and they absolutely blew us away with their understanding and service. The mechanics stayed hours after quitting time to get us back on the road. I cant say enough nice things about these guys and gals. Thank you thank you thank you !

AWFUL SERVICE DEPARTMENT

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT THIS DEALERSHIP IS AWFUL. I purchased a brand new car from them a year ago. Since then I have dealt with their service department twice. This second occasion is due to engine problems. While the work is covered with the car’s warrenty I have been ignored and left in the blank about all work done on my car. They have had my car for a week now. Yesterday (oringal date of completion) I find out that there is another problem that occurred during a test drive and will need further work. My fustration is due to the lack of communication anyone there is willing to have with me regarding my car as well as not having a loaner option given the week plus service time. The fact that someone told me “they did not know when it would be finished and that I should call back this Wednesday to see if they have an update” is absurd. I will NEVER use this dealership service department again and I PROMISE to let anyone know how unsatisfied I am with Hutchinson Cadillac GMC. Never buy a car from this dealership.

The sales rep I was connected to didn't know anything

The sales rep I was connected to didn't know anything about the vehicle I was test driving, I had to educate him on how to use the GM site on the computer and the general manager was rude and could have cared less about providing any kind of service. I believe customer service is such a foreign concept to them they see their customers as vulnerable victims they're looking to take advantage of. Steer clear of this dealership with the fake smiles because what's behind them iss manipulative, scheming managers that will lie directly to your face with a smile on theirs.

Recommend Hutchinson Sales Person Not So

I would recommend this dealership but not my particular salesman. I felt compelled to write this review because of my experience. Jon, who was my salesman seem to have been done with me as soon as he made the sale of two vehicles to me and dismissed me to sign the documents. I returned and spoke with him concerning a problem with one of my vehicles and he seemed hostile toward me and even reluctant to assist me or to direct me to someone who might be able to assist me. There was one other person who was not so courteous but who finally did assist me by referring me to someone who could assist me with my problem. Finally, I was referred to the sales manager (Ryan) and the service manager (Drew) who were quite courteous, and demonstrated empathy toward me in trying to satisfactorily resolve my problem with the vehicle. My experience with Hutchinson would not have been a satisfactory one if it had not been for Ryan and Drew. I would have judged the dealership based on my experience with one of its salesmen, Jon.
