Customer service

Ryan Carter was awesome, always there to answer questions, explained what he could and what he couldn't, he would go find the answer. Kept checking up on me, showed me how to use coffee machine, very attentative, made me feel important all the way to the end, even did follow up calls, very nice. Don in finance was awesome guy.

Quality work & worry-free

I put about 2,500 miles/mo on my car thanks to my lengthy commute. I will always bring my car to John Kidd at this location. Prices are always given beforehand, and/or I’ll receive a call or text if other work may need to be executed— no surprises. The work is thorough and I feel the staff always goes that extra mile to make sure I’m satisfied and safe. Thank you, and I’ll see you soon!

They were all amazing from Mike Black to Waseem, the contract guys and insurance folks. I walked away with what I felt was the best deal I could ever have imagined!

Always friendly

Have all my truck maintenance done here. Always does a great job and they don’t pressure you to get extra services. They work with you to keep your vehicle top notch! Frank and Steve are always friendly

Took my explorer in for tires, I got the best price and the best service ever from a Ford dealer and it was completed when stated

Poor experience

we went to the dealer for the memorial buyback event we never got the buyback deal.Was at this dealer for 6.5 hours took a sales person 2 hours to show us a car we went hours without seeing our sales people the car was advertised at one price we were given a totally different price then at the end of the deal felt like we were being pushed out the door
