Bought a 2024 Rx 350 there two days ago.

Bought a 2024 Rx 350 there two days ago. At the last minute at driving off the lot we learned we only have one key fob. Lexus marketing guarantees two. A big inconvenience for us. We have been calling the sales rep and now the sales manager for three days to discuss. They don’t call back. Guess once the sale is done you are toast. Stay away, very far away.

I would never visit this place

I stopped by on a weekday afternoon. I was greeted by the front desk personnel. I waited for a sales rep and was introduced to Mr. Bill Waibel. I told him what type of Lexus I was looking for the best price he could give me on a suv. I don't know if it's because I asked for the best price, he was very condescending and rude. Telling me how the prices of cars are nowadays. I also felt a vibe from him as if he might be a racist. I sensed it in his demeanor. I told him I would think about and talk it over with my partner.

Great buying experience

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. in buying our second ES350 from Nalley Lexus Galleria. We just had a meeting with Jimmy King, technical adviser. He instructed us in the use and setting of the computer and safety systems. Jimmy was thorough and courteous, in listening to our concerns, in the proper operation of the cars systems. All the Nalley Lexus team made for a GREAT buying experience!

Not taking order over the phone.

What wonderful about this lexus dealer is that when you call-in to order a lexus part, they have you meet with them face-to-face in order to place the order. I called in to place an order on a new break fluid reservoir cap with my credit card ready on hand. Unfortunately, they didn't take my order and ask to see me in person. I had to drive more than 15 miles to the dealer and drove back. GA don't have that many Lexus dealers around so I had no choice. I should have ordered online from Ebay or Amazon for express shipping.

Great service and fine people. Took an interest.

Excellent service. Provided relevant information on each car. Yoon was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and energetic. She stayed with me showing me any and all cars I wanted to see, I purchased a UX 250h.

5 Star experience with Demond

Demond does an excellent job at listening to the customer's to help make the best decision on purchasing a car. He doesn't pressure you like some salesmen I have experienced. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my choice.

Satisfied customer!

What a wonderful experience! Our sales personnel Mr. Nadir knew just what we wanted in an vehicle. After my test drive I felt confident in moving forth in our purchase. I appreciated the time he took to make sure we were satisfied and answered all questions. Once we were introduced to the financed manager Mr.Byun we feel well taking care of with finding the best deal for us at that time. We were happy with overall customer service and dedication to our family needs. Great place buy a car!!!!!! You will never go wrong when buying a Lexus!!!!!!

From sales to service, Nalley has been excellent. We purchased a car today from Shelby Davis. Super friendly, really knowledgeable, and great to work with. Paul Byun in Finance also was easy to work with and not at all pushy. We have dealt with two advisors in service and both have been great.

Mind blowing lack of care and concern

I had a terrible experience with the service department. I had to have my car towed to the dealership because the sunroof drain clogged and caused water to leak into the passenger floor board, and the car wouldn’t start. Before having the car towed, I wet vacuumed the carpet and ran a dehumidifier in the car overnight. When the car arrived at the dealer, I asked them to please be sure to park inside or at least tarp the car, since heavy rains were in the forecast. Well, they just parked it outside for 2 weeks and let the floor boards get completely soaked. As for the major repair, the water had fried the CPU under the passenger seat, $2800. Even though I had purchased an extended warranty, they refused to cover it and also wanted to charge $1200 to remove the carpet and dry it out. I paid for the CPU repair, but declined the $1200 carpet cleaning. When I picked the car up, the interior was covered in mold. I then went to an amazing professional detailer, who remediated the toxic situation for $300. The whole experience was incredible and shocking. Also, it was difficult to reach the service reps and manager, and when I did, they were dismissive and curt. Really disappointing.
