My bride, Natasha, of 24 years, decided that she wanted a Lexus as her next vehicle. We searched the CSRA and the internet for a vehicle and just couldn't locate the one that she wanted. After speaking with Mr Martells on several vehicles on the Nalley lot, we were informed that the vehicles that we chose were sold. So, we decided to go visit the Nalley and see Mr Martells in person. He worked several hours with us until we chose and was satisfied with our vehicle. Put your cape back on CPT Kirk. Thanks for everything! Just wasn't able to talk any of the sales associates out of a Braves bobblehead.

E. J., our sales representative was terrific! He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and understood all the options we weren't familiar with. He followed up with a call a few days later to make sure we were completely satisfied! Good guy to work with! We will definitely recommend Nally Lexus to our friends as well for new and used vehicles. EJ's persona, knowledge and professionalism is an asset to any company,.especially in the auto industry.

Made an offer.

Made an offer. Then sent a higher offer. I countered and they “reverted” to the original offer. Clearly some kind of pricing scheme that they use. They do not operate with integrity.

David Sinclair 03-08-2024 Federal Trade Commission Consumer Response Center 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20580 Subject: Complaint Against Nalley Lexus for Deceptive Sales Tactics Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Nalley Lexus regarding my recent experience with their sales tactics, which I believe to be deceptive and unethical. My experience with Nalley Lexus occurred on 02/20/2024, at their location 2750 Cobb Pkwy SE Smyrna Georgia 30080. During my visit to Nalley Lexus, I encountered multiple violations of consumer protection laws, most of which were facilitated by the Finance Manager, Vic Tran. Despite my explicit request, Mr. Tran ran my credit after being asked not to by the salesman, Matthew Porubianski. Mr. Tran insisted that the process could not move forward unless he ran my credit, even though I informed him that I had my own financing in hand. Furthermore, Mr. Tran engaged in tied selling by forcing me to purchase frivolous and unnecessary accessories that I explicitly requested to have removed from my purchase. Despite my objections, Mr. Tran insisted that these accessories were mandatory, creating a situation where I felt coerced and deceived. I raised these concerns with the General Manager, Bill Waibel, who stood behind his dealership's actions, further exacerbating my frustration and sense of being taken advantage of. Additionally, I was grossly overcharged for the Delivery and Processing fee, which was $1350. This amount is significantly higher than the average charge in Georgia, which is $599. This further demonstrates Nalley Lexus's disregard for fair and transparent pricing practices. This experience has left me feeling exploited and misled by Nalley Lexus and its staff. I believe that their actions, particularly those of Mr. Tran, violate consumer protection laws, including deceptive sales practices and tied selling. I respectfully request that the Federal Trade Commission investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Nalley Lexus to ensure that other consumers are not subjected to similar treatment. This is the same vanilla copy and paste response you gave on the Google review which can be found linked at the bottom of this response. Just because you speak louder does NOT make you less wrong. The devil is in the details and is in full display as I have documented this thoroughly. And even still I have not received my second key after I was promised it a week after purchase. I don't have the energy to type what i was told when I called in on 3/20/24 to follow up on that. At any rate I have learned my lesson to not deal with this dealership ever again. As I explained I was giving you the opportunity to sell me my next few cars... not just this single sale. Stay safe out there auto shoppers!! Bought a 2024 Rx 350 there two days ago.

Bought a 2024 Rx 350 there two days ago. At the last minute at driving off the lot we learned we only have one key fob. Lexus marketing guarantees two. A big inconvenience for us. We have been calling the sales rep and now the sales manager for three days to discuss. They don’t call back. Guess once the sale is done you are toast. Stay away, very far away.

I would never visit this place

I stopped by on a weekday afternoon. I was greeted by the front desk personnel. I waited for a sales rep and was introduced to Mr. Bill Waibel. I told him what type of Lexus I was looking for the best price he could give me on a suv. I don't know if it's because I asked for the best price, he was very condescending and rude. Telling me how the prices of cars are nowadays. I also felt a vibe from him as if he might be a racist. I sensed it in his demeanor. I told him I would think about and talk it over with my partner.

I would never visit this place

Great buying experience

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. in buying our second ES350 from Nalley Lexus Galleria. We just had a meeting with Jimmy King, technical adviser. He instructed us in the use and setting of the computer and safety systems. Jimmy was thorough and courteous, in listening to our concerns, in the proper operation of the cars systems. All the Nalley Lexus team made for a GREAT buying experience!

Not taking order over the phone.

What wonderful about this lexus dealer is that when you call-in to order a lexus part, they have you meet with them face-to-face in order to place the order. I called in to place an order on a new break fluid reservoir cap with my credit card ready on hand. Unfortunately, they didn't take my order and ask to see me in person. I had to drive more than 15 miles to the dealer and drove back. GA don't have that many Lexus dealers around so I had no choice. I should have ordered online from Ebay or Amazon for express shipping.

Great service and fine people. Took an interest.

Excellent service. Provided relevant information on each car. Yoon was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and energetic. She stayed with me showing me any and all cars I wanted to see, I purchased a UX 250h.

5 Star experience with Demond

Demond does an excellent job at listening to the customer's to help make the best decision on purchasing a car. He doesn't pressure you like some salesmen I have experienced. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my choice.
