    I went in on busy Presidents Day weekend to shop for my first real car that I would be financing. After I test drove the car and wanted to make an offer they put on a tough front but once we started negotiating they worked with me and we came to a VERY reasonable price. The financing process was very speedy and everyone that I dealt with even the manager was very nice. The process took about 3 hours and they offered snacks and water and made it a very comfortable experience. I am very pleased with my visit to Boch Toyota South.

    I went into this dealership to look at a used 2007 Toyota Camry. Had a great overall experience, the salesman was very helpful. They helped me at every step along the way and I would definitely come back again or recommend this dealership to friends and family.

    Went in for repair of a tire which had a slow leak due to a nail. They also replaced the sensor, which I didn't realize was a problem (fortunately under warranty) and performed a complimentary interim inspection. I also needed a new battery for my remote key. Total bill $36. I am a happy camper! Ryan Traynor, the service advisor, was very helpful. I also always feel confident that my car is in excellent running order whenever I have it serviced at Boch Toyota South.

    The salesperson was very pleasant and took the time to explain the different options and how they worked for the vehicle purchased and was very friendly and obliging. However it was not the same case for the finance manager or whatever the title of the person who provided the purchase and sales agreement, title, etc... He was rude, sarcastic and was not helpful at all. You think a personality would be required for this position as you are dealing with people usually in the process of a takin on a large financial obligation. If it weren't for the dealerships pricing and the fact I already had a lot of time invested in the process, I would have walked away from the dealership.

    Jose was extremely helpful, informative and educated on the vehicle we were interested in. Five stars customer service, great attitude and personality. Made us feel comfortable and not obligated nor feel pressure to buy. Tried hard to make my husbands dream vehicle become a reality. Competitive pricing and gave our trade-in vehicle its worth. Great and friendly atmosphere. Manager was also extremely pleasant, great sense of humor and made us feel comfortable with the dealership and our vehicle choice. Definitely recommend to others and our go to dealership for future purchases.

    On Saturday March 31,2017 I went into the dealership to meet with James the Business manager, to see if I could save my 2005 RAV4. Unfortunately my 2005 RAV4 couldn't be saved but James introduced me to Oudom a sales consultant who greeted me with open arms. He was very nice to me. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and answered all my questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the cars. He took me for a test drive of a 2017 Toyota RAV4. I then went to meet with James again to finalized the deal. James worked very hard to get me the loan, and a deal on my new car. This is my third car that I have purchased from James. James is wonderful and pleasant as usual and very informative. He listen and understood my needs. On Monday I returned to lay my 2005 Toyota RAV 4 to its final resting place, and pick up my new 2017 Toyota RAV 4. That day was bittersweet, I was parting way with a car that gave me 12 beautiful years of hard work,dedication and protection to my family. These two wonderful people help ease my anxiety and made me feel happy about my new car. Everyone at the dealership was very nice, caring and pleasant to me. The dealership was well kept. I am enjoying my new car. I enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. I will come back for my next car and will send friends and family there as well. I will always be a Toyota gal.
