NOOOO STARS ACTUALLY...worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. I bought a vehicle back in February from Jerry Seiner (2/25/2020). Found... the car on Cars.com showing interest. I had someone from the dealership contact me. The buying process was okay. I kept asking for the CarFax report...still have not seen that (it's 5/26/2020). I met my seller in Twin Falls, ID to sign paperwork and give my seller my trade-in. I was expecting my paperwork within a week (this was PRE-COVID 19) I have still not received my paperwork. I have spoke with and emailed at least 7 people at the dealer...including two customer service reps, multiple sales personal, and I have left my number for the finance manager Grant to call me back four times. I am still waiting on a call. It has been 3 months I still DO NOT have paperwork and absolutely nobody at the dealership even remotely trying to help. Just so you know. I don't write reviews and I definitely don't complain about anything, but this has gone to far. Something so simple that they cannot handle. I am beginning to wonder if this dealership is covering other random things up. Call me Jerry Seiner.

My wife has a very bad back and I was looking for a car that she could get in and out of easier. She also needed a car that would allow she to put her... legs straight down (like sitting in a chair), to support her back. I went in and looked at a Kia Soul, because it appeared that it might work for her. The manager quoted me a price and the available incentives. My wife’s back was bothering her and she could not take it for a test drive. Zach the salesman said he could bring it to our house so she could look at it. What service! That was above and beyond anything I had expected. My wife liked the Soul, so I drove back to the dealership and bought the Soul. The price quoted was the price I paid, no games, like other car dealers I have dealt with. Eric the finance person was great at explaining the options and advantages of each one. This was the best car buying experience that I have had since I bought my first one 27 years ago.

Vehicle was advertised at a fair price, but after 6 hours of work and test driving they then refused to sell the car for the advertised price, and wanted... $5k more. Even though they could make 3k off selling my trade in.

THIS DEALER IS THE WORST I HAVE PERSONALLY HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH. I WANTED TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE THAT WAS ONLINE. FINALLY NEGOTIATED TO A FINAL PRICE.... WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO BUYING THE CAR THEY LIED TO ME SAYING THEY NEVER AGREED TO THE PRICE I WAS TOLD THAT THE SALESMAN CLEARED WITH THE MANAGER. THE GM OF THE DEALERSHIP INSINUATED THAT I WAS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT THE PRICE I WAS TOLD. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE,SALESMAN AND MANAGEMENT. IF JERRY SEINER HIMSELF WAS STILL AROUND HE WOULD BE APPAULED BY THESE AMATEUR PEOPLE WORKING THERE WITH NO INTEGRITY, GO ELSEWHERE!!! TO A DEALER THAT VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING CHRIS HEMMERSMEIER IN REGARD TO THEIR INFERIOR DEALINGS.

Service is horrendous. My story is long and I have only owned my car a month and a half. The service advisor, whom I won't name, is incompetent and unorganized... and uncaring. Waited 3 hours for a repair he kept saying would take 1 hour. I expected so much more. I thought I was buying the whole experience when buying a Cadillac. No wonder the cars depreciate so drastically if this is how owners are treated.
