Troy Massey and Mike Hanaway were the best manager and sales personnel. they made my purchase super smooth. They made the process to finish at most speed.
I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership the first day, and when I arrived the salesmen didn’t even ride with me to test drive the car he gave me... the keys asked for my insurance and let me go. No explanation about the car or anything. I came in with my own financing and everything I got to the dealership late so I had to come back the next day to get the car and take it home. Well here we are a week a later, and my car is Already in the shop after a week needing wear and tear maintenance (which is not covered under warranty) that should have been done before selling the car but of course I signed as is. Be careful buying a used car or any car from here for that matter have the car looked at by your own mechanic don’t just take they’re word for it they are just trying to sell the car. No follow up how is the car is there anything we can do nothing. If you can avoid this dealership do so

BMW’s reputation as the premier luxury vehicle is second to none, but the team at BMW of Austin is the real story. These guys provided me the best... car buying/car leasing experience ever. If you think you can’t afford the ultimate driving machine, think again. Ask Troy Massey!
If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin;... both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.
