DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! We emailed the dealership to reserve a car and agreed upon a price. We live in the Modesto area and would have to make a couple hour drive to Elk Grove. Right after we left, we got an email indicating the car had been sold after already being told the car was reserved for us. I have no doubt that it's because someone was willing to pay more than us and that's why they sold it. I will never go back. Go to Modesto Acura instead - they aren't marking up over MSRP. I've never had a worse experience with a dealership. Thanks for "reserving" a car for us and then proceeding to sell it.

He was really helpful I feel like he gave us great opinions on what vehicle to buy and the reasons behind it helped us make the right decision on our choice of vehicle. Jason Megna was awesome. Turned in 2018 MDX lease for new 2020 MDX SH TECH AWD. Jason presented all options in comparing 2020 and 2022. Wife liked the smaller 2020 - made the 'happy wife - happy life' decision. Jason made the whole process seamless - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Previous lease was with Niello Acura and would NEVER go back. They used 'bait and switch tactic' in changing color at delivery.
