Cori was able to facilitate one of the smoothest new car purchases I've ever had. She was able to answer all my questions quickly, and did not hesitate to find the answer if she does not know. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car from Hall Nissan.

I've had better customer service at a hospital. The GM was extremely rude. He made no effort to help at all and almost cost the company the entire sale with his rudeness and lack of customer service etiquette. The staff sent me from one person to another then back again for answers to my questions. I strongly do not reccomend. This was worst experience I have ever had at a dealership.

I’m so disappointed by what happened to me today after sitting there for nearly 2 damm hours to come back and tell me come back in 6 months cause I had infraction on my bank statement and also to tell me I need a co-signer I told the gentleman don’t have me coming there and to tell me that o cannot get a car and then the ran my credit so many times with different banks this put such a bad taste in my mouth cause he said to me he can get me finance! Just don’t lie to the customer I hate when they do that just be honest do I want to go back I’m so embarrassed any way I just throwing this out here ! Don’t get me wrong they do have nice car just be honest with your customer
