I took my Volvo to the Volvo dealer knowing I would pay more but I knew they would do a good job since they work on them daily. The heat on the passenger... side is blowing cold air, and the defroster is blowing cold air. I picked up my car, and paid for the service they told me how hot my heat is now blowing. I did not check it because I assumed the dealer would be honest, and it was 68 when I picked it up, no need for my heater. On my drive home I was sitting at a red light and decided to check the defroster while I was sitting there. Well.....nothing works. Now they want up to $2500 more to fix the problem they said they fixed and I paid for. Finally the service manager, Jason told my husband he would refund the entire price I paid minus the part (which was a part I did not need). He also lied about that and shorted me 173 on my refund!!!

Will "The Bow Tie Guy" Harris is incredible. My daughter's car was having electrical problems, had become unreliable and we were tired of tossing money... at it's intermittent symptoms. Our family had done business with Will about a year ago, and I was very impressed. I called him up and asked what inventory was available within her price level. Will offered up the options and we discussed the pros and cons of each selection. Will greeted us with his award winning smile, helped us through the buying process and made sure we were treated like royalty. THANKS WILL, you are #1 in our book!!!

I received a notice from Volvo to have a safety recall done to my software. While i was there, i was pleasantly surprised that i presented them with a... USB jump drive for updating the navigation system in my 2018 XC90 and they loaded without a charge. Awesome service!
