Adam was excellent, answered all my questions pointed out things that I hadn’t thought of and his father was right there with helpful hitch and showing my wife how to use the screen with all the apps on them, which is sometimes confusing. I think it’s a very good dealership and trustworthy Dennis Hartley a little tree Orchard.

Chad and Jeff went truly above and beyond for my recent purchase of a Subaru Forester. They gave me a fair trade in value, and made the numbers work for me. I had some unique requests regarding seat issues because of long term back problems, and they helped me resolve it without hesitation or cost. I can highly recommend them for excellent local service!

In april my granddaughter purchased a used car jeff said it was checked over runs good..so she got a car loan..well now car is in garage it needs transmission..she called jeff kies asked for loaner car to get to work..he said he doesn't offer loaner cars..car insurance won't pay for rental car because it wasn't in accident...I'm very frustrated..don't buy a car there unless u have spare car to drive when car breaks down...get in writing that a loaner car will be available if needed ..if you don't get this say no deal and walk out..

Adam was very responsive and helpful to work around my schedule to fly in from out of town. These guys are great to work with and want you to be happy with your purchase.

After 6 weeks of intense online research, going to dealerships and speaking with car salesmen, at the very last minute we found Jeff Kies Dealership in Apalachin, NY. What a blessing. They are not your typical car salesmen. Adam truly cared about our situation and had some great ideas on how we could purchase our vehicle. Best car buying experience ever. After hours of internet research, calling dealerships, and looking at vehicles I stumbled upon Jeff Kies Auto Sales. Many of the places I called within a 200 mile radius were very cold, uninformed and complicated. After speaking to Adam on the phone, I right away realized that I was dealing with people who were professional, courteous, and kind. For this reason I decided to make the 2 hour trip and cannot express how pleased I am. Their lot is organized beautifully according to year, make and model. Everything is clean and attractive. I got a kick out of their office area that had an antique gas pump and other neat decor. Adam made the entire car buying process seamless. He went above and beyond to answer all of my silly questions, prepare my vehicle and do the do all of the paperwork on the same day! It was a joy chit chatting with both Adam and his dad. This is a lovely family owned business and I would love to do business with them again in the future. Thank you I love my new vehicle so much!!

I was in need of a new to me vehicle. The 2 month process of research, visiting dealerships, emailing, texting, was exhausting. If i was going to spend thousands of dollars on car, i wanted to do it right. I searched far and wide for the best deal possible. Little did i know that there is a gem of a dealership in Appalachian, New York. I was looking for a vehicle and what i got was an experience. All the stress of buying a car was extinguished by Chad. He took care of everything and i mean everything!! I had multiple cars to choose from(they have over 50 vehicles and multiple price points to choose from) and chose a Jeep Grad Cherokee in wonderful condition. I couldn't be happier with my decision. There were little things in the deal Chad didn't have to do but, did them anyway. That did not go unnoticed by me. I have found a dealership that I'll deal with exclusively from now on. Found a vehicle at Jeff Kies that I was interested in. Took it for a test drive, loved it, and committed to making the purchase. We went on a Saturday , and by Tuesday evening, I was in my new car driving it home! Not having bought a car in over a decade, I was amazed at the simplicity and ease of the process! Jeff and his employees were all so very friendly and willing to answer any questions and concerns we had. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Picked up my car and Chad had all the inspections done, registration, and new plates on the vehicle for me. Loved the experience!!! Will be back! Debbie Benedict
