Abraham was vwry helpful, professional and kept me inform

Abraham was vwry helpful, professional and kept me inform through texts and phone calls. The turnaround to get my truck back was very quick! The phone system at dealership leaves a little to be desired. When calling my calls would be dropped over and over before I could finally reach someone.

The maintenance department is incompetent.

The maintenance department is incompetent. They call the wrong number for progress updates. They provide incorrect information on the work that maintenance techs performed. They cannot estimate time to complete and did not wash the car even though they said they would. The service advisor told me to stop by at 6:15 only to learn he left at 5:59. I will not return.
