Went in for a general change. Very easy! Always have had very good service at Nissan. Very nice helpful staff! Will be looking for another Nissan car in the spring!

Great experience as always. Service staff (Jesus) was really great at communicating every step of the process and work was super efficient. So happy to be able to pick up my car same day.

They were good and less than an hour for oil change very friendly need new tires. Wish I went there and bought my car instead of Chelmsford Nissan

Brianna is always there for me. She’s the best!
Took my car for some annoying noise with the gas pedal. After talking with service advisor (Brianna Gerardi) she took the car and two hours later she handed me the keys and explain what the problem was. The noise disappeared.

Wonderful Service
Jesus provided spectacular service after my car failed due to a solenoid and timing sensor issue. The communication was great, I was kept in the loop regarding all the decisions of my service and their impact.
