Jesus rocks!!

My brand new 2022 engine light came on as I was driving 65 mph. It slowed down and sputtered to a stop. Jesus Alvarez was my Nissan advisor. He was very good and empathetic. I always felt confident that I was in good hands with Jesus.

Great service as always

I came in for just an oil change but my vehicle is now past 100,000 and other services needed to be done. I was going to wait for the vehicle but Jesus gave me a brand new Rogue as a loaner. The vehicle was done at the end of the day with a complimentary car wash. Jesus is great and the mechanics are top notch. Thank you again for a great experience.

Happy Customer

I came in for an oil change & tire rotation thinking it would be fairly quick. An hour give or take. It ended up being 2.5 hours but Jesus made up for it. When I first arrived he made sure to tell me there was complimentary coffee & water and checked in with me on the status of my car. He was genuine, kind and you can tell he takes pride in making customers happy. He also mentioned next time I come in to make sure to let him know and he will make sure I have a loaner or I could use the shuttle. Jesus is a true asset to Kelly Nissan and because of him, I will return. Thank you Jesus!

Super Service

Brought car in for oil change and tire rotation. Excellent service by Jesus. Set time expectations and even had the car washed and vacuumed for me. This has not happened before.

Service

I had no problem scheduling my appointment. The service that I received from Jesus was excellent from the time I rode my car in and the time that my car was ready! My car was washed just like I got in Maine! This was my 2nd visit to this dealership in which both times addressed all my issues
