This review is being submitted in an effort to correct my previous one, which I submitted in an erroneous way (did not pay attention to the order of "
star ratings"). The 5 star rating of excellence surely applies in this case. Last week I visited Mercedes Benz of Lindon with the intention of purchasing an extended warranty for our S class. Taylor Bice from their service department worked with me in the most efficient , professional and amicable way to ensure that my needs were completely taken care of. This is not my first experience with Taylor, yet every time that I do interface with him, he sets even a higher standard of personal performance. He is a true and valuable asset the the LHM Group and MB. He is without a doubt, one of the cornerstones of our continuing relationship with MB.

Best MB service department I have had the pleasure of using. I was on a trip and had head light go out. I had used this dealer when I had lived ther
e a few years before. I called and they got me in and replaced and washed my car while we waited. I have always been impressed by the quick and friendly service here. I have always felt there are reasonable in their cost also. I would recommend this service facility to anyone.

The customer services was great, the time was acceptable, I would have selected 5 stars on the quality of repair, but on the tire rotation the air pre
ssure of the tires was not adjusted and now I have a light indicating that I have to adjust the air pressure.
