I purchased a used 2020 Hyundai Tuscon on Saturday

I purchased a used 2020 Hyundai Tuscon on Saturday 9/13/25. Within 24 hours, the check engine light came on and there was a piece hanging under the front of the vehicle that was dragging on the ground when I drove. I notified the dealership, and they told me to bring it in on Monday 9/15 so they could examine the vehicle. I brought it in, and the service team "cleared the codes" but failed to repair the piece that was hanging. I called back and they asked me to bring it in the next day to have it repaired. They even stated that I wouldn't need an appt. I arrived at the dealership at 1:30pm and sat there for over 3 hours because the technician and the service manager "forgot about me". I had to arrange for someone else to pick up my daughter from practice and I missed a whole afternoon of work because I was FORGOTTEN. Within 48 hours, the check engine light came BACK ON! I called again and notified the sales manager and was told to bring it up there in Friday afternoon at 1:00pm. I sat for another 1.5 hours just for them to tell me it was the catalytic converter and that they could not fix it, I had to go to Langdale Hyundai. I was told Hyundai knew I was coming and that the repairs should be covered under warranty. I arrived at Langdale Hyundai just to find out NO ONE called them to let them know I was coming. They could not repair the vehicle that day as it was already too late in the afternoon. So, I scheduled an appt for Monday 9/22 at 1:30pm. When I arrived for my appt, they had not heard back from Allstate regarding the warranty, so it had to be rescheduled AGAIN to this Friday 9/26. On Wednesday 9/24, my vehicle began making a horrible sound as if I was driving a motorcycle. So here we are less than 2 weeks having purchased this vehicle and I have had to go back to the dealership SIX TIMES and my vehicle has had 3 issues! This is the worst service and car buying experience I have EVER HAD! If I wanted a vehicle that had mechanical issues, I would have kept my previous vehicle. I picked this car to have reliable transportation for me and my family. I will NEVER buy a car from a Langdale dealership again. If I could get out of this contract I would!

I will absolutely never be back to this deal ship.

I will absolutely never be back to this deal ship. Upon my recent visit I was approached by "B.J.". I told him that I was just looking and did not need any help at the moment. He continued to stalk me throughout my search to the point that it made me very uncomfortable and I left the dealership.

I had a fantastic experience.

I had a fantastic experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my husband and myself feel right at home. Jeffery was especially amazing- he took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel pressured to make a purchase. My decision was based on Jeffery being very transparent and openly honest with me. Jeffery gain my trust because he was such a delight and he listened to what I had experienced with a former car dealership. Once I had made my decision, Jeffery guided us through the paperwork process with ease, making sure we understood everything before signing any paperwork. I couldn't of have asked for a better experience. If you're looking to buy a car, I highly recommend visiting Langdale Honda of Valdosta- you won't be disappointed! Thanks Jeffery! -Lashawn

This dealership ROCKS and Reggie is AMAZING

This is our 3rd purchase from Langdale Honda of Valdosta! Reggie Garland was amazing from start to finish! He made a unfortunate situation(our only vehicle was totaled in an accident) a breeze and as always his customer service is unmatched! He went above and beyond to get us where we needed to be financially and even came in on his day off to take care of us instead of passing us off to someone else! We will definitely be back and I would recommend him and this dealership hands down to anyone I know! Thank you guys for making sure we had a way to go!

Unprofessional Service Department

I went to Langdale Honda due to an Air Conditioning issue, I had a recall for Air Conditioning seals leaking. I arrived at the dealership on Monday July 3rd and had my car checked in and was advised I had a faulty valve in the compressor and it would need to be replaced. Michael(service advisor) gave me a quote.(Approximately $1700.00) It could be replaced with with a aftermarket today or they could replace it with OEM on Wednesday(July 5th) I advised him I would do the OEM. He advised me the repair could take up to 5 hours and he would provide me with a loner vehicle so I would not have to sit at the dealership for that period. I agreed to the Wednesday appointment. I arrived on Wednesday and was advise by Michael that he didn't have a loaner vehicle at that time but would get back with me in about 20 minutes. It was approximately 1 hour later I was advised by Michael he didn't have a vehicle for me to use. He advised me he could provide me a shuttle driver to carry me home. I advised him he said he could provide me with one and that was how I planned my day. He advised he had no control over the vehicles. I asked to see his boss. This never happened. Approximately 4 hours later Michael advise my car was ready. As I was paying my bill I was advised it would be a 3% charge to use a credit card but my debit card would be no charge.(Imagine that) As I was leaving I decided to inspect my car for any damage and notice the skid pan underneath the car was missing. Michael was not present and I asked another service advisor could he check and see where the skid pan was at. He advised it was damage and they didn't put it back on. I was never advised it was damaged by anyone. I asked was was wrong with it and they said it had a sip tie on it. My skid pan was brought out and no damage to the skid pan. I asked again why is was not put back on. No answer could be provided. Michael showed back up and gave me the skid pan. I asked for the bolts and screws to the skid pan and I would put it on myself. I asked Michael who is boss was and he wrote his name on the back of a card and told me to have great day. I advised Michael that this was no way to treat a customer and asked was his boss present and he pointed to his office. I spoke with his boss who was very concerned and offered to do whatever he could do to fix the problem and he understood why I was upset and he would speak to his staff. This was the most unprofessional service I have ever received. I advised the service manager I would never be back and would not recommend anyone to Langdale Honda. I may be a small fish in the sea but this is no way to treat a customer, especially that I just spent approximately 1700 dollars with you and put my faith in your service department to do a professional job. Do not use Langdale Honda for any service work. This is the most unprofessional service department I have ever used. The first and last time I will use them unless the work they performed does not meet my expectation. I know they don't meet Honda's expectation. It should be noted, I would have chose zero stars but it was not an option.

Shameful

I would like to leave a complaint on your service department. On January 6 I brought my car to your service department due to a noise that was coming from the from t of my HRV. I was told it was my wheel covers and it wasn't my transmission and I shouldn't worry. Documentation wasn't made. On February 22nd I brought my car in for an oil change and my transmission to be serviced as a recommendation because I was concerned about the transmission. Within 48 hours on my way to Atlanta my transmission started slipping and we called your service manager and he told us to take it to the closest Honda. He also explained there is a bulletin of an issue with the transmissions in my model car. When I got to Buford Honda I was told the transmission was gone. Buford Honda worked diligently to repair my car with Honda customer service. I kindly called and spoke with Chuck the manger in your service department and asked for a refund for that service and he refused because his employees didn't make notation of my car being brought in on January 6th. I spoke with Honda customer service about this and they were very shocked that they were not standing behind the statement of Hondas superior customer service and not taking responsibility. I will not do business with your location any longer and will make sure if anyone asks I tell them how I was treated. I was without a car for a week and couldn't even return home. Chuck offered no assistance. Shameful!!

Went in for a recall on my car took 3h to repair.

Not friendly fake , lies, and over charge on there cars . I bought 5cars . The first one the front end fell apart etc....
