    Before buying the car, I was told by Billy McClellan , "the 2003 Honda Accord was the best car on lot",and that he knew this car was in great condition, it cut off in middle of the road two days later, I was given no warranty,and wasn't offered to drive on freeway, only offered to drive vehicle around dealership parking lot! Engine light, brake light, and TCS light appeared and dealership would not look at car.After issue of car cutting off in road, I called dealership , I was told by Billy McClellan and Terrance Haywood that I would receive an call me back , I never received an call from either individual. So, I went by dealership in person,there is still no action being taken! By being an dealership, you wouldn't think they would sell an bad car!

    The truth shall always set you free. Me. Thomas did put money down on the purchase of a vehicle and the paperwork was processed. What he failed to put in his negative review is that he and his mother failed to provide us with the documentation that we needed. He gave us an I.D. card instead of a drivers license and claimed he was not aware that he didn't know there was an issue . Myself, the sales person and the bank tried to get a bank interview done with his mother that is also on the loan. After 30 days of calling her and him the bank interview was still not completed. As a result of her not calling or answering the phone the bank approval expired. We had to get the vehicle back. There is a signed document that states we charge per mile if financing is not obtained. We lost the financing due to them not getting us what we needed for the bank. The down payment didn't cover the cost for the amount of miles he put on the car therefore he didn't get the down payment back. We allowed them more time than we should have to get it done.

    I am sadly disappointed in the Service Department at this dealership. I stopped by on a Wednesday to have a "check engine" and "tire pressure light" checked. After spending over 3 hours on Wednesday waiting for the repairs, I was told that the service department did not have the parts and they would get them and I would have to come back. I made an appointment for the next day and on Thursday, I again waited close to 3 hours for the repairs. Twice I checked on the progress of the repairs - no one updated me on the repairs. Even though I made an appointment on Thursday, the repairs still took 3 hours. When the bill exceeded the estimate by more than $40 - I complained to the service manager who told me he would look into it and get back to me. It has been over a week and I am still waiting for him to call me. As a side note: My husband called in January to get a price on tires and the service department said they would call the next day. No one ever called. We were planning to buy a new vehicle this summer and would never use this dealership. We suggest that the service department study the service department of St. Augustine Honda for great customer service. I am very disappointed.

    I went to pick up a vehicle for my shop, and walked into the showroom. A salesperson was very polite, and asked what they could help me with. I told them I needed to pick up a vehicle, and he said he'd take to a manager. I spoke to the manager ( didn't catch his name. He's right behind the front counter in the showroom). I told him I was picking up a vehicle, and told him what it was and for who. His exact response was " I don't know who the xxxx that is". He then told me to leave and come back with more Information on the vehicle. I will never use this dealer for anything, and would advise you do the same.

    Found a vehicle on the internet that caught my eye. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff members. We test drive two vehicles and compared mileage and car fax reports. We were given a great amount on our trade-in, in which we still owed on. We were not even asked to put any money down. Got payment within our budget. It was a very hassle free experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new/ used vehicle to go to langdale Honda in Valdosta ga. Oh and they didn't try to put us in a vehicle of their choice, I've had that happen at other places before.

    They have great customer service, enjoyed every second from the time I walked in. Matt was the salesperson to help me with my paper work, magnificent job and such a great person to work with. Terrence helped me finalize the work and he explained everything to me and when I didn't understand, he helped me to. Love their work!!

    I went to Langdale Kia to buy a 2017 Sportage yesterday. I was greeted after standing on the showroom for an excess of 30 minutes by someone who had no idea of how to deal with the public. They had no idea of what the vehicle had or how to demonstrate it. If that wasn't enough the manager Rick was even more clueless . They refused to give me a price or even look at my trade saying that I owed too much.
