In my 4+ decades of buying vehicles, this was by far the very best experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked into the showroom I was warmly greeted by Juana & Jakob. They referred me to salesman Chris Gonzalez who was above and beyond kind & courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. There was no high pressure sales pitch at all. He listened to what I was looking for and worked to get me the best possible deal. Every single person in every department that I had dealings with treated me kindly and courteously. Chris my salesman was truly incredible! Roger & Blake the Sales Managers, Josh in Finance, and Jeremy in Parts all were wonderful. Fantastic experience and highly recommend Valdosta Toyota.

Everyone was super nice and accommodating.

Everyone was super nice and accommodating. They did an excellent job servicing our car , and Matthew Britt took the time to show us how to pair our phone to our car. We had just driven 15 hours from Pgh, and we were thrilled at how helpful he was. Everyone was very nice.

When I brought my vehicle in to be repaired the service

When I brought my vehicle in to be repaired the service department told me the problem with my AC is that the vehicle sustained some physical damage that caused the radiator to shift and affect the condenser. Of course that physical damage isn’t covered by warranty. I took it to a reputable local shop and after 2 visits they did not see any of those issues and my AC is working fine after that repair.

During my inspection at Valdosta Toyota, they did not

During my inspection at Valdosta Toyota, they did not provide me with the stamp service to confirm their inspection guarantee and they did not know how to explain to me the part I needed and that I had it.They told me they would look it up online and they would place it for me. They left me a loose part of the car Then the next day I went and according to them they told me that I had refused to place the order for the spare part, when they told me that I would look for it online, lack of ethics and professionalism

The people are always polite.

The people are always polite. I can get an appointment quickly ………usually doesn’t take very long for service. I love my Toyota and recommend to all my friends ❤️❤️

Easy to work with, did everything as agreed to a month

Easy to work with, did everything as agreed to a month before coming in to complete purchase. New Grand Highlander was showroom ready when I arrived and the process was smooth and professional.
