I must not of got the memo!

I must not of got the memo! Apparently, everyone and their Mother's are racing over to Dickson City Hyundai to get new vehicles. I called yesterday, I was told by the desk girl that all the salesmen were busy. She took my name and repeated my number back to me, letting me know that someone would call me back. Today arrives. You guessed it. No call back. Are we surprised? Nope. But when you owe money or they want to close a deal, I'm sure they have your number on speed dial. I call again this afternoon, and once again, put on hold just to be told "all salesmen are busy". And then the desk girl says, "i'LL tAkE yOuR numBeR aNd hAvE soMeOnE cALL yoU bAcK", to which I said, "Oh, like yesterday when you said the same thing and I never got a call back?" Lmao. Silence. It's sad because you lost a potential customer. You had a car on the lot that I wanted. But I'll just have another dealership order the N for me. Take this as a learning opportunity, either work on your line of communication, or ensure someone is following up with phone calls. It's not rocket science ladies and gentlemen.

I took my car (henceforth referred to as Lu) in for a

I took my car (henceforth referred to as Lu) in for a needed service on the computer. I dropped her off (a lovely person, don't know name, checked me in!) at 8am and went to Starbucks to write and wait. Dustin was amazing! He kept me informed throughout the entire morning. When they discovered that she needed tires, he was great at suggesting types and price levels for me. "She needed new shoes!" I, of course, got them! Can't let Lu walk around in old shoes. In addition, they did an oil change for me. And by 11:25am, Lu was done! She's gorgeous, runs beautifully, and has awesome looking new shoes!! Much safer for me with winter coming. Thanks so much to my favorite car dealership - and staff!! **Btw, Nezir Alic was my salesperson last summer (2023). I was going to be satisfied with a gray or black car - but Nezir found Lu in all her shiny, bright red beauty for me!!! Excellent dealership to purchase and take care of your car and your $$!

My wife purchased A used Hindi on a used car lot in

My wife purchased A used Hindi on a used car lot in Honesdale. We put a lot of money into the exhaust system, replacing a cat and a lot of pipe. Next we checked recalls on the vehicle. There were a number so we called for an appointment and were that they only did recalls once a month so we waited. Once the work was completed she was constantly contacted telling her that they would give her a great deal on a used one. She went to the dealership Ang the salesman would only sell her a new one so she walked out. We next went there together and the situation was the same until I got up and told her that we were leaving and would not be back. I told him that we wanted something other than a Huyndai. Finally he showed us a 2020 Nissan Rogue which we purchased. We will never go back to this dealer and do not recommend it to others.

If I could give 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Do NOT Purchase your next vehicle from Dickson City Hyundai, Save your precious time and money because otherwise you will be disappointed. I was there last week due to my lease maturing in October therefore I was looking to trade in my vehicle to purchase a new one. 1st off, I went with the intention of purchasing a used EV Tesla from another dealership and requested a print out of my buy out quote just to get the run around from the manager Billie. The sales rep Greg was professional and tried to help us out the best way he could, however his manager was the complete opposite. He was condescending, lying to us, and pressuring us to purchase another Hyundai when I clearly advised my intentions when I 1st walked in. He advised that no other dealership can purchase my Hyundai other then Hyundai or Kia (sister company) which was clearly a lie because when I called Hyundai corporate (customer service) they advise that ANY DEALERSHIP can purchase the lease. All that matters was that it was getting paid in full. I was under the impression that dealerships are there to help their customers, not just for a check or to rip people off and I learned that this is not the case when it comes to Dickson City Hyundai. I wouldn’t recommend them to any friends or family because of the horrible experience I had although I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 3 years. Please please save your time and money and if you’re looking for the upmost customer experience, I would recommend MotorWorld Hyundai. I got exactly what I what I was looking for and it fit my budget perfectly. Unlike what the manager Billie trying to “persuade” us to believe.

I came an hour earlier than my appointment and was allowed to check out the cars. While checking out the cars an associate came and asked if i was being helped. I informed him I had an appointment at 1. The associate said he could help me and confirmed it with the other associate I had scheduled my appointment with. The associates name is Vinny Santos. He asked me what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. We took the car for a quick ride around the area to see if I liked the car. I decided to purchase the car. Vinny got me a good deal and I am a happy customer.

We purchased a 2023 Palisade last year, trading in our

We purchased a 2023 Palisade last year, trading in our 2023 Santa Cruz as they requested. Our sales person was Jordan and he was great while we were buying the car. We went back this year because my wife’s car, which was a lease, a Hyundai 2020 Ioniq. We did purchase the car in New York, and we did go back to the dealer in New York to buy out my lease, but decided we live here in PA so felt maybe we would give the business to Dickson city Hyundai. After a very long, wait, Jordan came back with a quote that would’ve cost us $3000 more than the price of the car because that’s the way they do it in Pennsylvania. We asked for the manager he came over and told us that that’s the way it’s done in Pennsylvania. The car needs to have a full inspection and it would cost that much money to do the inspection and if we don’t like it, we were to contact our senator. We went back to the dealer in New York for the purchase of our lease. People were respectful and attentive, and it only cost $300 more than the purchase price of the car. That was the first issue. Today we went down there because our New Palisade had a sunroof shatter on us on Monday. I called yesterday and they told us we had to go down and leave the car for two weeks because it’s a first come first serve basis. So we drove down there today to.Launi and another man, I think may have been the manager. I’m not sure. They told us they couldn’t guarantee that Hyundai would warranty the glass and a loaner car for the period of time that it takes for them to fix our car. They were both quite rude so of course my husband, got agitated at the rudeness and kept asking questions why they couldn’t find out why they couldn’t find out. I even asked them if they could have someone expedite by calling Hyundai customer care and find out if things were covered so we know before we come down if we have to come in two cars or one car. They said they couldn’t do that. So of course, my husband got more agitated. The man that was we were dealing with was, also getting agitated with us and started an argument with my husband outside, actually even took his jacket off as if he was going to fight. We had an appointment scheduled for a month from now July 18Th. When we got home, we live a half hour to 40 minutes away from the dealer, we got a phone call from Dickson city Hyundai telling us that we are not allowed to come back to that dealer. So while we were home, I called Hyundai customer care and they informed me that because the car is a 2023. It’s less than five years and less than 60,000 miles of course we are covered. These people at Dickson city Hyundai could not have made that phone call for us. I will never, recommend anybody going to this dealer. We are going to another dealer that is treated us kind and with respect that we have never received at Dickson city Hyundai.

2 thumbs down for their pathetic service department. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Won’t recommend ever! Will report my poor experience to the BBB and attorney general. Im surprised with all of their very negative reviews and testimonies people aren’t boycotting right in front of their dealership. Hmmm???

This dealership is the worse to deal with all the time.

This dealership is the worse to deal with all the time. I bought I car two years ago which the engine was going around 90,000 miles even though take care of the car to the fullest. When I traded it in, I was told there was minor accidents that were covered up. Also the service department doesn’t know anything either. They never have assistance to get a rental since your car might sit there for about a week before they even look at it. I will never buy or step foot on this property ever again. I recommend stay away
