Amazing customer service!

Lance was amazing! He was down to earth, laughed with us and was authentic. Andy Mohr was was a really nice dealership and made the process easy. Great customer service all around!

Good experience overall. Sales was accommodating and personal. Only drawback is I want AT tires and the truck came with road tires. I wasn’t accommodated on my desire. Yet

Brian was excellent to work with. Easy buying process. Good price on new car and good price on trade in. Brian showed me differences in trim levels and how to use features of new car.

Super experience at the Andy Mohr GMC / Buick Auto in Fishers, In. The Sales Person we worked with was super nice and helpful in getting us a lease of a 2021 GMC Terrain. He also worked with the manager to get a higher value for our trade in. Highly recommend this auto dealer.

Great deal for price!!

The staff are very friendly! The only issue I have is the detail department gets no stars!!! I’ve never had a sales guy clean my new car cuz it wasn’t to new car standards:(. People that test drove before me let their kids out foot prints all over. They missed it badly. Salesman cleaned it all up though:)

Run!!!!

Dishonest and shady as they come. Their customer service is horrendous. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid Andy Mohr Buick GMC in Fishers, IN.

I have been using this dealer for several years and never had any issues. I love Buicks and they have put me in several with no issues. Ky salesman Brian Stegall is the best! I would recommend him to everyone!

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership....

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Everyone was kind and helpful. David C was very patient and never pressured me. He let me take my time on decisions and treated me like a person , not just a sale . The lady in finance was beyond helpful and answered all my questions! She also was very genuine! The showroom and waiting area was very clean as well and they had coffee in the waiting area . It was extremely busy but the employees were well educated about the business and seemed very happy to be working there !

I bought a 2015 Acadia. The inside of car was filthy. Mud...

I bought a 2015 Acadia. The inside of car was filthy. Mud all over the back of the second row seats. Filthy carpet front and back. Expired oil change sticker and 4 percent oil life left. Only one key and I asked to get a second key and the salesman says we’re losing money in this deal I can’t get you another key. Just felt rushed and felt they didn’t care if they made the deal or not. On a positive the finance guy Leroy was top notch and pleasant.
