    I don't see where you should change anything. I was treated very well and was very satisfied with my purchase. Kevin Bailey, my salesman, is a great salesman and a great person. I still recommend Concord Cars to everyone. God Bless you all. Thank you PJ Hill

    We did plenty of research and located a van through Concord Cars in late April 2015. We met with the car salesman, Joe, who was nice. We test drove the van and liked it. We talked with Joe who was not pushy through the sales process. Once we settled on the price and shook, that is when it went completely downhill... 1) My father saw that the passenger mirror was broke underneath which was not seen prior. 2) We discovered the A/C was not working an hour after leaving the lot (when we test drove it, the temperature outside was in the high 40's). When we talked about the mirror during the sales process, Joe sighed and said that he couldn't go "any lower," and eventually said "ok. we will fix it." Joe signed a letter stating that they would fix the passenger mirror (will get to the outcome of this later in my review)...Joe said the person who inspects the vehicles should have seen it and that "we do not sell cars like this......" Once we noticed the A/C, I called Joe and took the van back to the lot and Joe said they would fix the A/C, because "we do not sell cars like this." Fixing the A/C took four weeks of them trying to "order the part," and "it costing $700." When I asked if I could get a receipt of what they fixed (so my mechanic could know in the future if it breaks again), Joe told me "no; just know that it is fixed......." With the mirror, it took six weeks for them to order the part. Once they were able to finally order the part, Joe told me "you will have to get it installed..." Very nice of him to "pawn" the part onto me and make me do it, despite having the form stating they would fix it...That will be an additional $30 dollars through my mechanic to get it fixed...... In conclusion, I would NOT recommend this car dealership to anyone, unless you get a very detailed inspection prior to purchase. I also would not believe anything they say, due to having to make a phone call at least weekly (sometimes twice a week) to follow up on the repairs and be told that it will be "next week." I personally will not return to this dealership and encourage my friends/family to not visit them as well. I know that I am an extremely laid back person and am not pushy, which may be the reason why I can be put on the "back burner."

    At the time of purchase, I was promised that the brake problem would be taken care of. I have taken it to their repair garage and I still have the same problem and the mechanic said the brakes still grind. I am going to continue to work together to resolve the issue. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience, and I love my vehicle.
