Auto Quest

I asked about a car they had listed. They said it was a mistake and they can't give me that car for that price. Waste of my time.

This was the best car purchase I've ever made. The no haggle is because the cars are extremely well priced. Brandon the sales rep was was low key and professional. He did a walk around on the phone with me since I live 100 miles away. When I arrived to look over the car he was spot on! The deal was effortless and the car was well detailed. If you are looking for a luxury used car I recommend this company.

I had been looking at cars for the last 4 months and one of the cars that I had planned on looking at was a 2013 Acura TL AWD for a good price with low mileage at AutoQuest. I planned a trip to check out a couple of cars and was checking the website the night before heading over there and the price had dropped on the one at AutoQuest making it a great price. I made it my first stop and didn't need to see any of the others. The sales floor is a big open building, well lit and clean. Everybody there was very helpful, nobody was pushy. The paperwork went very fast. The next time I am looking for a car I will check AutoQuest first.

Contacted AutoQuest by email and told them that my wife and I were planning on driving to Seattle to check out the 2013 Porsche 911 they listed on Cars.com. We met with General Manager Zac Ohlsen who showed the car to us. He was very polite and answered the few questions I had. There was no pressure to buy at any time. Zac told me where to go to test drive the 911 and it was a perfect place . The road was straight for a half to three quarter of a mile and I just laid it on the accelerator. I told Zac what price I would be comfortable at and he printed out a price sheet. It was a little more than what I was willing to pay but a lot less than the listed amount on Cars.com.

Best experience ever. We went in the dealership to look around. There was no pressure and it was a basic open invite to check out all of the vehicles in the garage and outside with no sales people hounding you on every step you move. After seeing a car we wanted, Zac asked if we wanted to test drive it. The car drove amazing, after we were done he said "you want to talk #'s?" we were like ok We closed the deal.. Going into the dealership at 6:30 and leaving there at 8pm with all the done paperwork.. Truly amazing, I would not want to purchase another car from anyone else, The luxury cars at Auto Quest are the cars that i purchase . We went to the dealership at 6:30 pm and was out by 8pm. We went in just looking and came out of there with a Mercedes S Class 2007. Zac was straight forward, let us test drive the car, ask what payments we would like to make and then the deal was done. It was the quickest paperwork ever. I highly recommend purchasing a luxury vehicle at this dealership. They let you shop around and do not bother you. The customer service was excellent. The dealership makes you feel at home.. Comfortable. Please if you are looking for that luxury vehicle, go to Auto Quest and ask for Zac.

Overall service was excellent. I have referred coworkers, friends, family members to Autoquest. Not one walked away unhappy after they purchased a vehicle from them. Staff members were very polite, helpful, and made me feel like I'm one of their family member. Highly recommend anyone looking to buy a used luxury vehicle from them.
