Koren and Dick Hannah Volkswagen Made purchasing my new car simple and stress-free. I appreciate the time and care they provided, showing Excellent Customer Service and truly listening to my needs.

told them I was out of state and they said they will not hold the car for me. after asking if rust they said someone from Idaho was on their way. I bought next day plane ticket, got cashiers check, and then they made me sign papers they said is required to buy the car. I explained I am paying cash. They would not sell the car to me with my valid out of state drivers license and copy of passport. the car was leaking oil, scratched, and had signs of moss. They added $1700 on top of advertised price for paint protection which they claimed is clear coat and later said its like a car wash not clear coat. They also add theft registration on all their vehicles in addition to rhe paint protection. They are liars. Class action lawsuit to all victims
