Do not buy from car revolution.

Do not buy from car revolution. They are dishonest and sell lemons. Bought a van a few months back with the guarantee from Max that it was a quality vehicle. Needs an engine, starter, complete overhaul of electrical and cooling systems. My layer will be in touch with them soon.

This was our first visit to this dealer.

This was our first visit to this dealer. Our salesman, Kostas, was very helpful and courteous. He made the experience as smooth as it could be.

This car does not exist!

This car does not exist! It is a bait & switch. I made an appointment for a test drive, then drove 2 hours to find out they are dishonest.

Horrible, price will not be the same as advertised.

Horrible, price will not be the same as advertised. Will add a whole bunch of unnecessary stuff on the contract that are optional. I brought a 2022 Subaru outback and they financed through Ally, another rip off. When trying to contact the dealership finance you will go through hoops. Need to get a case against them. Had to go through Ally to get optional charges off of contract and still do not know where my down payment went. Buyers beware!!

Just straight up deceives consumers with their listings

Just straight up deceives consumers with their listings at decent prices and then charging well over 3.5K dollars in extra xx, like theft protection, "certification", etching, "destination fees" despite being a used car dealer. This does not include the other fees that you might typically find at any used car dealer such as registration, taxes, etc. End of the day, a 20k vehicle becomes closer to 27k. Just downright pathetic, scummy business practices. Don't waste your time.

Sticker Price: $23,900 "Your bottom line will be

Sticker Price: $23,900 "Your bottom line will be $33,000" (Estimated book value 23,800) I have never ever heard of a dealer charging $10k in garbage fees over the estimated book value of the car. They were rude and unprofessional the entire time. Walked out laughing. What a joke. Not even worth negotiating if you won't come to the table with a reasonable number Also: Made an appointment, they had no clue who I was when I got there. The cars I was interested in weren't ready to be looked at or even moved out of the back of the lot. Don't go here, you'll regret it, even if you don't buy anything. Total classic bait and switch dealer.

SCAMMERS.

SCAMMERS. NEVER GO HERE. Could not have possibly had a worse experience at Car Revolution Avenel, don’t waste your time here. I saw the horrible reviews and was still hopeful that the listing they posted was at least somewhat true. I called multiple times to confirm the listing was accurate/ available, made an appointment to test drive the exact listing number, and even asked for them to physically check and shared I was commuting a far distance. When I arrived they tried to tell me it sold within the hour. But it was listed on their website since February and is still listed now… clearly a lie/ bait and switch. They were not able to provide proof it sold, and the place was empty. They are terrible liars too. My experience only got worse from there. They then had me go to another location to show me another vehicle only for me to find out it was TWICE the price when I arrived, no exaggeration. They even got hostile making comments about my clothes, as I started to question their methods, and referred to me as “kid” when I am probably the same age as most of them. Clearly had a poorly constructed system for when people realize they’re being scammed might as well have been talking to a robot reading off a script. I am fairly new to car shopping and it was still clear to me what was goin on here. You can tell by their demeanor alone. I have 3 jobs, It took me weeks to find enough free time to shop so you can imagine my frustration when I was lied to multiple times, made an appointment, confirmed time and listing number, and commuted from out of state. I was not even going to waste time writing this but I felt genuinely responsible to warn people to not go here. Horrifying to me a place like this even exists-It was just sad. Be better.

I asked a simple question, "how much is the out the door

I asked a simple question, "how much is the out the door price?" and they would not answer it unless I gave them my phone number. They listed over $3K of fees in the ad. I am so tired of these type of sellers. cars.com needs to step in and clean them up. It is like going to grocery store, then buying a loaf of bread for $3 and by the time you check out the costs have gone to $5. Buyer be aware.
