    Jimmy Goone our sales rep and his Manager Nana Hagen gave my wife and I the best car buying experience we have ever had within the combined 50+ years we have been buying cars. They were very knowledgable, worked with us to get the purchase price we wanted. We mostly appreciated was the comfort level they made us feel as if we were long time friends or family which is unheard of in todays high pressure in and out car sale experience. If your buying an Acura Herb Connolly is the only way too go! I should mention the 2016 Acura RDX AWD is the greatest vehicle my wife has ever had.

    I asked them to fix a few things in the car the would only fix 1 thing then I asked them to fix it and said no there a dash light we can't even see what it's saying it is so dull power mirrors don't work so I'm not to happy on that part

    We have been buying and servicing our Acura MDX with the dealership for many years. The best part of servicing our MDX at the dearlship is the outstanding service people who work at the dealership. Honest to a fault no hard up sell for the service you are not there for and are always striving to make you happy. Kevin does a outstanding job of getting you and out and feeling comfortable with what service was performed and what to expect next.

    Overall always a good experience. Very friendly and ease of use. Loaners are provided which is an added bonus. Last two services the lines of communication were not as clear or efficient. But could have just been a fluke. Have been using this Acura service for >10 years.

    The Service Department has always been a department I could trust to do the job right and delivery on what they promise. When buying a car the experience is important, but the service department keeps you coming back if you can trust them and the quality. This is what makes people come back, the whole end to end experience. I like the people, I like the care my car and I get ..this will keep me coming back no matter what department I work with, they are all connected....thank you Herb Connolly Acura - you know how to do it right with your staff, products, service, and trust!
