They kept the final price which was 3000 more than we were told hidden. We were told the truck was 22000. And the finance co said no they charged us 25000. And our 1000 down disappeared

Have had the 2005 Chevy Colorado one month and already have a list of things that have to be fixed. Was told by Bill that the service guy isn't even a mechanic, which blew my mind. My wife hates Brad because of a dispute they had on the phone. They're not very good at communicating, but Bill is a nice guy. Took a month to finally fix the things listed in the "we owe" contract. I'm overwhelmed with buyer's remorse, and feel pretty ripped off. I paid almost a grand over what the truck is worth in great condition. Would have rather just gambled on buying something off Craig's list or facebook marketplace. Just an all around bad buying experience.

We had the misfortune to deal with Auto Plaza USA. They stole $10,000 from us and then took the truck back after 1 day late on a payment which our lawyer said not to pay. They then ruined my husband's credit. We looked at a lot of places to try and get credit. They all acted like they felt bad for us but none could or would help. So I wasn't looking to get approved from Patriot. I spoke to Mike. He was so kind and said he wasn't like the rest. That he would do everything he could to get us a vehicle. I still don't know how. But I do know he got us the vehicle we wanted. And at a price that is so much less then we thought. We got a fantastic deal. Mike and Bill are great. I will never deal with anyone else.

Wonderful experience. Very honest and they won my loyalty ! Not only did they replace the brakes they called to tell me they were replacing a tire because it was in poor condition !! Very honest !

Easy to work with. Low pressure except for the finance guy pushing me to use their financng which was a full point higher than the preapproved financing I had through my bank. I will update if everything doessn't happen correctly with title transfer.

Friendly, aren't they all. Claim to be low/no pressure - they were. Claim to have quality cars at fair prices - yes again. Overall, the best experience I have had buying a car from any car lot anywhere. I have now purchased several from this dealer and truly believe they are completly honest. Could you buy cheaper, sure. But at Patriot I have always known I was getting a vehicle backed by honest men. Hard to believe from a used car lot, but worth the drive to Georgetown.
