I would never buy a car from Chevy ever again .

I would never buy a car from Chevy ever again . I was sold a lemon from day one. Electrical problems ,windows ,batter acid leaking . Wind shield no good. Radio don't work and now water in trunk where tire sits . 4 yrs old car piece of crap. Good luck to anyone who buys a car from any Chevy dealer especially Booton. Time to go back to Hyundai!!

I left a deposit for a 2022 suburban, explaining to them

I left a deposit for a 2022 suburban, explaining to them that I was traveling for work and would be back within the next week. When I arrived home, I didn’t have the time due to family constraints/child care to come pick the vehicle up until the end of the week. I explained all of this to the salesman. I also asked about home delivery to which they claim that they offer, but they were too “short staffed” to deliver the vehicle to me. I made every effort to make this deal happen and show that I was a serious buyer. By time I was able to pick up the vehicle, about 7 days after leaving the deposit, they had informed me that they sold it. Terrible way to do business and treat (potential) customers. The owner Dave has absolutely zero regard for someone who has to make time between work and family to make a deal happen. He will sell your vehicle out from under you (regardless of whether or not you left a deposit) to the first person who walks in and opens their wallet. Terrible experience.

They go the extra mile!

They found the model, color, and bells and whistles I wanted. Not like others who just tried to sell me what they has in stock. They went the extra mile to find just what I wanted. Recommend them.

Awesome Dealership

The sales team and finance team were AMAZING! I felt very relaxed, comfortable and secured that I had a good group of people genuinely trying to help me get what I wanted rather than just pushing me towards anything to hit a sales goal. Excellent dealership!

Best Service Department

My driver side windshield wiper broke during a storm. I called the service department and they said to stop so they could see what parts if any they needed to order. Within 5 minutes it was fixed and no charge. They are honest and literally the best service department.

Purchase ratings

I new I was going to need a new car soon so over the last year when I required service I tried different dealers. The service department at Dalessio / Schumacher was the start, the overall purchasing was as good as their service department, Great experience with Mike and John in Service and John L in customer service / Sales.
