I’d like to take back what I said about this place. I was being courteous before, but after further thinking, I see no reason too. This dealer ship is... no different than any other big family named dealer ship that bought up almost the entire street so ever other company has trouble competing. The salesman here are in the business of selling you a car, and that’s it. Not making sure you have a good deal, and not making sure what they give you is fully functional (if used). They gave me a car with a bad transmission, and when I brought it to them to see what was wrong, they told me “they couldn’t find the issue”. It took me taking it to two other places to find the issue; and not only this, but they will pull every pushing tactic to make you buy the car and not back out of the deal, and being that I’m young and new to car buying, I’m ashamed to say it worked on me. On the same note of the staff, they aren’t the friendliest either. When I happened to hear the conversation of a sales manager to a salesman, I could here the salesman trying to talk to the manager about a deal a customer was offering, and he was only told “that’s not your job. Your only job is to sell him a car”. They do not care about you. This dealership in its entirety is full of xxxx lower than what you’ll find in a New York sewer. Now should you need someone here to actually help you, ask for Brian Cook. Despite what I said, he is actually a good hearted person. Do not buy from here, or any other dealership with the name Lithia. Save your money, buy from a private seller or a smaller owned business.
It took us 3 hours to buy our new Honda CRV, after an hour of waiting for the finance person we were finally able to sign the paperwork. It was dusk,... so we were unable to really see the car closely after it had been washed. Now we see that there are thousands of tiny rock chips. The car had been on the lot for a long time and it looks like it has been damaged by wind/sand. I am very disappointed that the dealer doesn't take better care of the cars...but they are pretty quick to have the buyer sign a document that takes away all blame for damage from the dealer.

The guy we bought our car from was great. However the problem is we paid $2K on top of our loan for an extended warranty, expecting to get the coverage... we paid for. Our car had records of a part needing servicing BEFORE it was sold to us, dealer had it marked as fixed but it was not. Part finally blew and we were denied coverage and had to pay 3x more for a part that the dealer lied about fixing. Why am I paying for a warranty that the dealer can't promise? Sounds like something fishy is going on.
Went looking for a used car they sales person was very pushy and had to wait for over an hour for the credit check. Ended up paying $4000 more for a used... car then if i had bought it new.
They are crooks my son went to test drive an explore after driving it he wanted to have it checked out Pacer told him they had checked it over and that... it had no issues, it needed detailed so he took Pacer for his word and paid 4200$ for this car the next day he went to pick it up as he drove it off the lot he could tell something was wrong they had told him the cleaned the carburetor so he took it for a drive during his drive he found out that he could not go in revers transmission problems. Since he had only had the car for an hr he took it back wanted his money back they told him they would let him trade it in on something else and give him the 4200 towards a different vehicle when he went to do so they would only give him 1000 for the car he had just bought from them. The sales person looked me in the eye and told me they would give home 4200 for the trade but when it came down to it 1000. No integrity on this lot RUN. If you don’t want to be screwed. I even talked to the manager he told me they sell good cars on their lot if so why don’t they start. They have a garage their why don’t they take the time to make sure they are selling cars that they really can be proud of.
The people running this place, Craig Bimler, and James Mertz, will say whatever it takes to make a sale,, whether or not it’s true, and they don’t care... how bad they screw you over, once they have your money they don’t care and won’t help you with anything that goes wrong with the vehicle even if it’s the dealerships fault. I’ve never had a good experience going in there, and they’ll walk all over you at every chance they get.
I went in to look and test drive a car and find out how much it was. Also hoping to trade in my vehicle for hopes of this vehicle being around $16,500.... The salesman that helped me had me fill out this paper because they had a sale and prize thing going on. He also had my mother fill this out because she would be co-signing. With out asking us, without telling us, and without having us sign anything he RAN OUR credit SEVEN times. Seven times he ran our credit without approval. Without consent. The next day when we found out that he had done this we called to talk to the manager and he said he could do anything. Nothing at all. He was unfriendly and unpleasant. They are all unprofessional. He quoted us 25,000 dollars for a 2014 car which actually when we ran the vin number it was worth 18,500 dollars. He wasn’t willing to negotiate the price let alone tell us he was running our credit. Don’t go here unless you want your credit score dumped and money lit on fire.
Worst service ever. Was pressured into a car I didn't want, with a trade in I didn't want, and Everytime I tried to leave someone new came in and stopped... me. Very unprofessional and will never recommend
