Like many probably do today, I did a fair amount of research online before even considering talking to a live person - never mind visiting a dealershi
p. But I eventually found the car I was interested in at Maserati of Raleigh. I live in Charlotte so I called to make sure the car I wanted to look at was still on the lot. The first person I spoke with passed me along to Alex Squire. And that's where everything got going. Alex is fantastic to work with - by phone and in-person. We communicated by phone and email that day as I got ready to make the 2+ hour trek from Charlotte to Raleigh. By the time my wife and I arrived, we were greeted and finally met Alex. Professional, attentive and fun - the top 3 words I would put on our experience describing Alex. As we progressed through the stages of buying the car (considering, test drive, etc). We got to meet many people at the dealership. It was clear that this was a group that we were going to be very happy doing business with. Not over-bearing or over-sales-ish... just really attentive and enjoyable for both my wife and me. We gave Alex a bit of an aggressive number to hit to make the deal happen. At that point, Gil Harpe, Finance Manager, joined the party and went to work. And they made it happen. As Gil was working the financing, Alex got going on the front-end paperwork. And several others got going on prepping the car. So by the time Gil was ready for us to sign all the final paperwork, it was a painless 10 minutes (max) and we were ready to drive away on our new car. Their new car inventory is gorgeous, they have an outstanding used car inventory, and although I obviously have not experienced their service department yet on my new car, I did take a look and it's very impressive. End to end, an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.

edgeable and efficient, especially my sales person Darryl Ligon. A high percentage of car dealerships will not address me as the car buyer because I am a woman. I am happy to report that this was not the case here. I recommend this dealership 100%.
I contacted this dealership through Cars.com regarding a specific car. The individuals that connected with me did not listen or did not respond. When
I finally did speak to a sales person, it was the typical used car sales pitch..."what would you like to offer", "let me check with my manager" and "my manager just informed me". The methodology was to constantly put me on the defensive. I finally just passed on the car in question and even looking at anything for sale at this dealer.
