Answered my titling questions over the phone prior to committing to a sale. Israel was great, got me the model/color I wanted with the financing I was hoping for. Very professional, and attentive compared to experiences with another dealer in the area. I will go to Lindsay again when I am in the market for a vehicle.

I was constantly told if the warning light came on to
I was constantly told if the warning light came on to bring it in. But they were not able to fix it. I gave up purchased another car and ended up buy a volvo. Then I took the car to a nearby car repair called Curry's Auto Shop that just fixed it! Lindsay charges a ridiculous amount to fix anything. I had more problems with the car. They insist they were the ones whom had the tools to fix it and other places did not. Well that sure was not true. I always left feeling cheated by them and do so reflecting back on it.

As loyal Volkswagen customers, my husband and I have relied on Robert "Bob" Derby for years to advise us when it comes to our next leased vehicle. This time it was my first electric vehicle, an ID.4! Bob is straightforward and responsive before, during and after the selection process. He stays with you every step of the way, and this is why we keep going back to him even though we moved to Richmond, VA in June 2022. In fact, we'll see him again next August when the lease on our daughter's Taos comes to an end.
