I was expecting a typical dealer service center experience, both frustrating and expensive, being sold unneeded services and finding extra charges on my final invoice that were not disclosed. I was completely shocked, in a good way, by my experience at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe and in particular, with my service manager Nick Bethlenfalvay. They earned my trust, and I will be back.
