I believe as the appointment was made, the associate sould have suggested the service the car needed and not wait unitl I arrived. I was getting a oil change and should have had a 30,000 mile service. I was not going to wait for the added service and only did oil change at 3 pm Before the service advisors were concerned about our car and alsways had wayss to help us out with coup[ons and etc. They didn't seem to care.

Black Hawk lover of Subaru's!
Working with the folks at AutoNation Subaru was great! They answered all of our questions, and we had some great test drives. We found our dream car when it turned out to be a used 2017 (basically new) and we received a nice discount for it being used. Only suggestion...have more financial folks on hand during busy times so that customers don't have to wait so long to complete the sale. Otherwise...will buy here again when the time comes!

Maintenance Service
The service at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe has always been excellent, and now they have really improved their customer service waiting area. It's a lot better than what I experienced at Murray BMW. The only complaint that I have is that while I waited, they had Fox News on the big screen TV. It's not only the ideology, but the fake news that's being presented to a captive audience, that bother me. I think that a sports channel would be more appropriate.

Poor Customer Service
Went to the Auto Nation Subaru dealership and looked at certified pre-owned Forresters, our Sales Associate was Todd S. he gave us his card and we talked about being ready to buy in a week and that we'd reach back out to Todd to see what was still on the lot. When I called back a week later, I didn't speak to Todd but left him a message requesting to know what was still on the lot or new. Todd never returned my call. A month went buy and we were now really ready to purchase a car. This time my husband called the dealership and asked for Todd, who wasn't available so we worked with Cecelia R. We asked to have her email us what was in inventory. Cecilia called and verbally listed lots of info....but we really needed to see it on "paper" so we could compare and revisit if needed. So the request for an email was made again. We never got an email with the Forrester certified pre-owned information. I called and asked to give my feedback to a manager regarding our experience, I was forwarded to a voice message and only after I had left the feedback did we get follow up from both Todd and Cecelia. Yet, Cecelia never sent the email and Todd clearly didn't remember my request. We would not recommend this dealership. They were not responsive, didn't provide information needed, and then gave us information on models and features we weren't interested in. They clearly didn't listed to what we wanted, they didn't care to return calls or provided information we requested. We had the opposite experience with Groove Subaru! if you are shopping for a Subaru in the south Denver area, I'd suggest you work with Groove Subaru and NOT Auto Nation Subaru. Groove was fast in turnaround with response to your auto needs and wants.

Best buying experience
I have bought many cars in the last 20 some odd years and I have to say without a doubt Arapahoe Subaru went above and beyond helping me out with a vehicle purchase. Sean Ballardo under promised and over delivered at every turn. There were absolutely no surprises as we went through the process of securing my new WRX. From the moment I sent an email request to the moment I drove off I could not be more pleased.

Crosstrek

Great Cars and Amazing Salesmen
I went in already knowing what vehicle I was wanting to purchase so when we got to AutoNation Subaru, Bregan immediately pulled up the car and we went for a test drive. When negotiating, Bregan listened to what we wanted and gave us a great deal! Overall great experience.
