    My wife and I were looking for a reliable car, that's also great on gas. Mitch not only happily helped us, but also told us what to avoid for our situation. We weren't another statistic. We were treated like family. My wife shared our experience with my parents, who were looking for a new car. And they went to see him. They were extremely happy with his service as well. I hope to see him there for a long time. He made us Long Lewis customers for life.

    my husband and I went car shopping for several months and every car lot we went to most cars didn't have the price on the sticker. We were constantly asking salesman what's the price of the car. Often given several different answers and leaving the car lot confused. We went to Montgomery and stopped by long-Lewis car lot and couldn't believe every car had a price on the windshield. After speaking with Larry minor sales consultant we are now the proud owners of a brand new 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Thanks Larry minor we love our new car

    We were shopping for a used car as a second vehicle. We found a 2007 Ford Explorer on the Long-Lewis web site. Our salesman, Chris Davis, led us through the process in a very professional and friendly manner. After buying the car, we discovered a problem, contacted Chris, and were again provided with excellent service and resolution of the mechanical problem. Thank you, Chris, and thank you Long-Lewis!

    I brought 2016 F150 into service for Sync 3 problems before 8am on a Wednesday. I was told there would be a wait but did not expect it to be ridiculous . I told them, I would wait because live 45 minutes away. by almost 12pm (4 hours) they had not even looked at my truck. After a few inquiries, finally got somebody to plug a lap top into truck to determine "could not find the problem". I was told by the service manager that if could bring back early and leave it all day, that they think could recreate the problem and would get truck back by 5pm. I get a call around 3pm (Thur). They found a problem and ordered a part for the Sync 3 that would be overnighted to fix the next day (Friday). I had informed service dept that it was imperative that I get my truck back on Friday because need to leave town. Well guess what, 10am delivery - no part, 2pm delivery no part. mind you they never called me to let me know that, I had to stay on top of them. I have finally decided to just go get my truck and maybe they will call me if the part ever comes in? who knows. not holding my breath. I bought my truck here and get treated like this, do they expect customers to come back after an experience like this. The waiting room was full of other customers who having similar problem. I encouraged them to file a review also

    These guys did a wonderful job. Shaq met us on the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Took us for a test drive. Did not rush us at all. Then the transaction was smooth and fast. The vehicle was serviced, cleaned, filled with fuel and we were on our way. This is a first class operation, too to bottom. It is the second vehicle that we have bought here. Service is also fast and friendly.
