Mel is my hero

I took my car in for service and dealt with Cristen at first she was very helpful but when I needed her to advocate for me with my warranty she refused. She told me she wasn't going to be arguing back in forth with them. She became really harsh and her attitude is horrible. I came in a Week later because the issue that Cristen refuses to help me fix that was under my warranty got worse because of something that was done in the diagnostic. I walked in and Mel was a breathe of fresh air she not only took ownership of the problem and she advocated for me. The warranty cover my issue . She refunded my diagnostic fee and got my co pay waived. I left completely happy and satisfied. Thank you Mel for your great customer service.

They the one who put the transmission in

I'm still dealing with a problem that I had from July 13th 2021 from contaminating my cooling system I'm not no mechanic they don't even want to work on my truck and I'm still dealing with the problem supposed to be underneath warranty but they want to charge me $11,000 to get it fixed and a storage fee of $1,000 and I'm still dealing with the same problem and it's June 13th 2022 no help at all so I would like to talk to the owner of this store no service manager no parts manager the owner of the store!!!!!!!

Horrible experience

After I left the dealership my car was not driving the same at all after waiting 3 days for a diagnostics test. Also the worker named Mel at the front was rude and not informative at all. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone!

16 hours agoNEW good afternoon this dealership is a waste of your time in my experience. let me explain. 1. i showed up with the stock number of the vehicle and asked if it was available and was told yes it is then came the bait and switch and not a good one if i might add they sale price was $31,542 stock number DT154082 the exact same vehicle with same option and color they told me was 33542 stock number DT 153339. 2. i told them i did not want the paint protection and gps tracker and they said and i quote " we cant take it off it has already been done " strange since this is a new truck there was a stain on the seat that they applied protection to and the foam tape left over from dealership they got it from was still on the tailgate and the truck was overall filthy so NO THE PAINT AND SEAT PROTECTION HAD NOT BEEN DONE . 3. there were parts missing off the engine ( HEMI engine cover) 4. the sales manager claimed to be a Marine veteran but did not even know what a hospital corpsman was. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. my opinion thank you for wasting my time

Incredibly awesome Service Team. Odd issue with...

Incredibly awesome Service Team. Odd issue with electrical happening in my Ram 1500, Jose Castillo, Service Technician, not only fixed it; he even share details on what caused it, how he fixed, and even though my Service guy was out, directed me to someone who could get me out of the dealership faster. I can't give enough recommendations. I'm not taking the truck anywhere else. They're pretty awesome.

I had a horrible experience at this location, I mistakenly threw the water bottle in trash and I was treated very badly by the manager . I did not purposely did that but the way he took it was not good. I had my family with me and he used bad words will I was leaving the premises. Don’t give your business to these people.

I had a horrible experience this morning when I went with my family to buy a Ram Truck , after negotiations I accidentally threw a water bottle in trash can which I did not mean to do that however the manager came back and said bad words and escort me and my family out the dealership with bad words . I think it was taken in a wrong way and I should not deserve that . I think that the manager acted in a bad way apology from my end but do not go there with your family

Went Saturday for oil change, tire rotation and car wash...

Went Saturday for oil change, tire rotation and car wash and noticed when I got home that there was water inside my driver side headlights I called right away which they were already gone. A lady at the dealership said she called the service director who said she would call me Monday morning never received a call I had to call and leave another message and the service department said they would escalate the matter. This is the last time I go there just the time before I asked for a quote on blinker bulbs they did it anyways and decided they would charge me for it. So sad they just want to sell you the car then when you need there help no ones to be found. And to add they called today asking if I had warranty on the car the car is a 2020 and had no damage prior to dropping the car off after it got serviced it had damage and they said it wasn’t because of that but yet they take a video prior for what reason then?

Man the worst dealership to go get service, in Houston...

Man the worst dealership to go get service, in Houston Texas. I want to start out with Kristen Crenshaw still have her job… the worst person ever!! She made me spend money and even tried to pocket 600 bucks… talk to cara or however you spell her name but she is the manager.. she was terrible she told the George to put a use part on my truck, just to get me out of the rental I had only 3 days. And my truck been there since March… talked to Chrysler about the whole thing. All I got out of Chrysler is they are independently own. I talk to George he is the service supervisor.. the worst guy. It took me calling a Mechanic out of reading Pennsylvania to tell him the reason my truck was running hot… that’s with his boss told him to Get it off a truck they had in the back.. if you guys looking to get a 3500 from that place, make sure your part is on there because they are shady there I reached out to the gm.. this is week 5 no word no nothing I spent so much money there because of Kirsten Crenshaw… HE knows nothing about PARTS IM STILL GOING THROUGH THE SAME xxxx SINCE MARCH THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. My alignment still messed up.my truck won’t shift gears properly my truck still running hot… and I PAID FOR A BRAND NEW TURBO ACTUATOR BRAND NEW COOLER TANK FOR MY COOLANT SO MY TRUCK WILL STOP RUNNING HOT… THAT IS THE PRT THE MANAGER TOOK OFF. A TRUCK TO PUT ON AND EVERY SINCE THEN MY TRUCK BEEN ACTING UP!!! I TOLD CARA OR HOWEVER YOU SPELL HER NAME… you shouldn’t treat customers like this but you live and you learn about stupidity of that group and I don’t recommend no one to go there by the way my truck was there for 3 months…. This was the worst experience ever I’m going to Ford or even Chevy but Chrysler can keep this xxxxxxxxx worst customer service I have all my receipts and I they will be paying me back the money I lost for not working… see you guys soon :)
