Glad my lease is up soon

I’ve had 2 leases since 2016. The past few times I’ve brought my car in have been nothing but a headache. This time has been the worst by far. I have a copy of my lease agreement that states I have a certain warranty for 48 months, they’re telling me it only says 24 months.. I have the Lease agreement in front of me.. When I was getting service done last year, I had a friend with me and I was talking up one of the new Jetta’s, trying to get them to buy one since they were looking into getting a new car. I used to speak so highly of this place and recommended friends to go to VW. I would absolutely NOT recommend them now. The people in sales are awful. Service department is even WORSE. I was told so many different things about what was going on with something as simple as replacing 2 tires. Even the service quote they gave me has a bunch of misinformation in it. I was told I was getting a phone call yesterday to let me know what was going on with my car. I had to keep calling and calling back just to get an answer whether or not I needed to arrange transportation since they were closing, which I had to literally drag out of the gentleman I was speaking to. Asking questions about anything to anyone in this department is a huge inconvenience to them... You’d think they got paid to SCHEDULE SERVICE APPOINTMENTS or something. Basic questions I couldn’t get definite answers to. I’d rather someone tell me they don’t know something but will get me an answer, rather than lie to me or beat around the bush. Long story short, thank God my lease is up soon…

Great service

Great dealership with great service. Bought my 2019 Golf GTI at a great price and always have all the factory required maintenance done here. Everyone is nice and professional. Service department is excellent.

Frustrated customer

When I purchased the car the salesperson never went over the car features or any follow up. I have had several issues with the Bluetooth and it is not resolved after 2 attempts I am unable to use the car phone. I had my first service on 12/12/20 and when I got home and went back to start my car I now have the tire pressure light and the emissions light both on. I will have to go back and I’m sure try to get an appt and wait till they can fit me in to get this taken care of . This was my first 10,000 mile service not a great start with this dealership

Dead battery with a long drive to do.

My battery had failed to start my car on a Tuesday night. On Wednesday I needed to drive from Boston to Pittsburgh for work so I needed to get the battery replaced as soon as possible. I called the service department and Sam Briody had me come in right away. Within one hour the battery was replaced and they did a full inspection of my car. The cost was less than the estimate and I made it to Pittsburgh without any issues.
