I bought a certified 2024 Altima about four months ago.

I bought a certified 2024 Altima about four months ago. Today I took the car in for service and they told me it needs a cabin air filter change ($189.99) and a brake fluid change ($199.95). It's illogical; it's so new and barely been used. It's a rip-off. I spoke with a manager, and he was aggressive and said I have to pay because it's due to wear and tear and that Nissan doesn't cover it.

The brake fluid exchange is recommended based on mileage and time intervals outlined in Nissan’s maintenance schedule. The cabin air filter and similar items are considered wear and tear components, which aren’t typically covered under warranty. The service dept of this dealership is so disappointing.

The service dept of this dealership is so disappointing. I have given them two opportunities to change my mind and both times the experience was awful. The first time I called and asked about an oil change and they said there is no wait come on over. When I arrived they said no more service was being done today they sent everyone home. The second time I went there I had an appt, but waited in a que outside for approx. 30 minutes only to be told that my oil change would take 2.5 hours. So I cancelled and backed out of the terribly laid out service drive. I will never go back and am considering selling my Nissan as I can't seem to find a decent dealership within 100 miles of my home.

Horrible.

Horrible. This is my 3rd Nissan. Purchased in May 2022. Had nothing but issues. I hate this car. I will never ever purchase a Nissan ever again

Don’t ever try to contact someone with authority because

Don’t ever try to contact someone with authority because they only give you the run around. This dealer has had my newly purchased (6weeks) used car for over a month and still can’t resolve the problem. The sales people won’t help you. They only say trade it in or sell it yourself. We’ve looked at their lot and nothing is comparable. Been trying to get a call back from the GM, no luck. I’ll be contacting corporate and the dealer board next.

Good Customer Service

I'm not someone who writes a lot of reviews. I recently finance a new Jeep Compass from Nissan of Bakersfield . David Cartagena helped me a lot to find the best car based on what i wanted . He takes his time to explain you everything until you find what do you like. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Neil Martinez was very thorough and knowledgeable. You brace yourself going into a car dealership. Prepare mentally for oncoming " pushy salesman." And then... they don't come. Instead, you get friendly people who don't try to "push" anything on you he was helpful. He listened. He was very accommodating. That was my experience with Neil Martinez. Smooth transaction and very helpful made my first car buying experience easy. Nissan of Bakersfield is awesome. The salesman Neil Martinez was the best I've ever dealt with, and made my experience smooth, and amazing. Neil is very knowledgeable, and professional, and surpassed my expectations. I definitely recommend Nissan of Bakersfield, and the salesman Neil.
