1st they tell me over the phone no appointments on an oil change. Ask me when I show up at 8:00 am if I have an appointment. 3 1/2 hours later I ask where is my truck? Oh, let us look. Umm, a truck in the back has been blocking us from getting your truck out. What a joke of a business!
