Nissan of Bakersfield

Took my car to service dept Monday morning at 8 am warranty job never heard from anyone until I went back Thursday, I guess cash sales jobs take priority over warranty jobs , but at least call the customer back or email or text message or smoke signal something geeze ! Horrible customer service here !!

I had my.Rogue towed 2 weeks ago amd when I cleaned the inside of my car I noticed corrosion on the radio bezel. I am.the only driver and it is not visible from the driver side. When I wiped down with my microfiber cloth the corroded pieces came.of and now it shows. I was contacting a detail service and a technician from autozone amd they both agreed with me that it was a swipe from a solvent contamination. I am not.someone.to make.things up. Nobody entered my car and I watched.the.tow.truck.driver. he never entered my car. They denied this. I know that someone.messed.with the dials. This is the second.time were they take.no responsibility. I lobe my car and.baby it. But I won't buy another Nissan. I am ready for a.new vehicle and this experience definetly helped make my choice. I will be happy with a Toyota or a Honda. Less searching for me

My experience at Nissan was outstanding thanks to Sara she greeted me was very knowledgeable and her smile was contagious what started as an ok morning turned out to be a great day thank you Sara .

The oil change job was very quick and efficient. I liked how Nissan checked my car for any other needs besides what has been done. Very dependable.
