    I have been a long time customer and believe that anyone willing to take the time to stop in for service or purchase a vehicle, they will be sold on the level of customer service and satisfaction Dale Earnhardt Jr. exudes. I have purchased multiple vehicles so far and plan to do it again.

    I am always treated courteously when I bring my vehicles to Dale Earnhardt GMC Cadillac for service. Service Advisor Richard McMullen always greets me with a smile and it's obvious that he's very knowledgeable and enjoys what he does. I have had the opportunity to meet some of the staff there and they make you feel right at home. The Service manager, Marcus Williams, always stops and speaks to me when he sees me in the waiting area as does Salesman Harry Burn. And my car or truck is always returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in. Hands down the best experience I've ever had at an auto dealership! Keep up the good work!

    The Sales Manager Shawn Revell and Sales Associate West Phillips made my experience fantastic. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the financial part of my purchase and they put me in a car I love to drive. They were friendly, experienced and made my car buying experience exceptional! I would highly recommend this dealership and staff .

    We brought our vehicle in for very specific issues, and we're almost positive that additional issues were fabricated in order to increase the repairs. This is based upon a subsequent inspection of the vehicle by another GMC dealer and an independent mechanic. I do not trust the integrity of the service department at this facility. Also, the communication from the service advisor was seriously lacking.

    Please forgive the length and be sure to read through to the end, I believe this will put a smile on your face, it did put one on mine. Time will tell if the work completed was sufficient, but I believe it was carefully diagnosed and completed correctly. This is based on my research, and the changes I have seen so far. When I entered the service area,I was greeted very quickly. I spoke to Richard who is one of those that handles the intake and scheduling of service. During our conversation, he mentioned what it might be. I usually do not run into schedulers that know anything about the actual mechanics of the cars. It was clear he was speculating and that he would, of course send on to the experts to make he diagnosis. Although I respected his input, I thought it was off. But, as I looked into his diagnosis, it made more and more sense. Sure enough, the mechanic came back with the same diagnosis, just more detail. I was surprised and grateful the dealership has a comfortable waiting area and drinks and food were provided. Richard spoke to me about the bad news and assisted in figuring out the logistics of getting the work completed, offering several options that included a fair price on a rental car, shuttle service, scheduling, etc. I received a call early the next day to confirm my part arrived. I was greeted again very quickly and Richard remembered my name without checking his paperwork. I remember seeing Richard the first time thinking he was very young and looked like he was new and may not be the best person to help me. But, I work hard on not pre-judging and accepted his assistance. I am very glad I did. Richard was a pleasure to work with under depressing circumstances, and seemed to know what he was doing. After the work was completed, I realized my daughter had lost a couple of toys. These toys are so small, they would be very hard to find without knowing what to look for. I went back to the waiting room, but couldn't find them. I touched base with Richard and the front desk, they took my info, a description and assured me they would call if they found anything. Later that night, I got a call from Richard stating they actually found the toys. I was planning on coming back that night, but Richard told me he was leaving in 15 minutes and drove right by my house on the way home. He said it would be no problem for him to drop them off. If you have young children, you know how much of a welcome this was. It may be pertinent to note, I am a male, so no ulterior motive here. I am sorry if I am rambling, but I have been receiving very poor service from many companies lately that this was very refreshing and I am glad I got this email that makes it easier for me to provide positive feedback. My only complaint is the price. I know much of that is industry standards, but many places wave the diagnosis fee if you go forward with the recommended service.

    Outstanding service in every way!! Very nice waiting room, large clean bathrooms, coffee service, wonderful sub sandwiches, popcorn, water,all provided free of charge!! Very competent and friendly staff. Michelle, Gene, everyone there is great!! I could get the oil in my car changed locally, but it's less expensive, and such a pleasure, that I drive 140 miles round trip to get my car serviced at Dale Earnheardt's GM Dealership in Tallahassee, FL. I forgot to mention they wash and vacuum my car every time!! I drive a 2007 Saturn Vue and they treat me like I'm worth a million bucks!!! Thank you!!!

    The employees are very courteous, the establishment is clean including the restrooms, and has a good atmosphere. The prices are very good, especially considering the free car wash and they even vacuumed my car the last time I was there. I drive 70 miles one way to have my car serviced here because of the things I've just mentioned. Having my vehicle serviced at Dale Earnhardt is a pleasure. Thank you!
