    I am an Old Man with medical issues making it necessary to use an un traditional method to trade vehicles. I shopped on Gary Yeoman's Ford site and was contacted by the Internet specialist Dwayne, who walked me through the process and found the vehicle appropriate for my needs and suggested several options. Once the Vehicle was selected and the method of purchase was decided, I was in my new vehicle and on my way home in 3 hours from walking in the door. The People I met at GY Ford were very professional and kind. The Best experience ever.

    I purchased a 2016, Ford F-150, 3.5 EcoBoost Super Crew Cab last night at Gary Yeomans Ford in Daytona. I was so lucky to have Francis Jublin as my salesman. He worked with me in every was possible way and gave me top dollar for my trade in. Francis gave the best vehicle orientation I have ever had. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase!!!     I truly wish that my experience had been as positive as some of the others I am reading and it started out that way...I , too, went to this dealership with specifics in mind...I had narrowed my search down to 2 vehicles, a Fusion or a Taurus. I had planned to buy new as I had in the past but then I was shown and test drove the perfect vehicle...a gently used 2015 Ford Taurus SHO...it was everything I wanted plus a little more. The payments were going to be a little more than what I had budgeted so I was going to have to walk away from the car but then...our salesman came up with a brilliant idea...we could bundle my credit card balance into the deal and although it would make my car payment higher, I would be rid of the credit card payment as a separate bill so it was manageable. I agreed to the deal, the financing was approved, and I drove home in my beautiful new car. I even got a call back 2 days later stating that my interest rate was lower than originally anticipated so I went back and signed new documents for an even lower payment monthly so I was a thrilled customer. But then, the ball dropped. After having the vehicle for a week, I got another call...this time stating that they were having problems getting the lender to send the payoff to the credit card company and stating that I needed to come to the dealership to discuss options. I did that today and spent close to 2 hours discussing them. In a nutshell, I could 1) take the credit card payoff out of the deal and increase my monthly car payment and overall expenditure monthly significantly; 2) buy a new Ford Taurus SHO at about $16K more and much higher payments but take the rebate and pay off a portion of the credit card balance; or 3) forget the whole deal and give them the car back. I will give them credit for taking a little bit off the selling price of the car to let me keep it but the proposed sale was still out of my budget and was going to require me to extend the term of the loan for another 6 months. Based on principle and the fact that this was in no way my error, I ended up having to leave the vehicle that I thought I had purchased on their lot tonight and walking away in tears. They were not willing to do whatever it took to make me, the customer, happy. With all the deals that are made there on both new and used vehicles, it is my opinion that this dealership could have taken this one on the chin in the interest of customer service. This deal was negotiated for hours and went through many hands (all positive experiences) until the lender said wait a minute...you can't do that...a week later!!!! I'm very disappointed right now.

    We bought a new Lincoln last Friday. Our salesman was David Lynn and he was terrific. He spent most of the day with us explaining the new technology in our vehicle. He drove our new car home for me and drove our trade-in back to the dealership. While he was at our house, he set up our blue tooth . He is coming this week on his day off to set up our garage door opener. Because of the excellent service afforded by David, we will be customers for life.
