    I bought a car on a late a evening. Next morning on daylight I took it to address a strong converter noice. What noice?, headlight, paint scratches etc. Took my car car 5 times to get it fix , two of them over night ( one for 3 days). They sealed the headlight. I managed to take my car to a dealer too get this noice out of my way. The cost of the repair is about 2k. This car dealer sales used cars. Be very careful to invest in this dealership. The treatment from the front desk was terrible, I felt like I was stalling instead of buying. Salesmanship was very good, the rest forget it. Never ever again.

    I was referred by aunt to Abel Mireles. He provided great customer services skills. He was very knowledgeable. He was able to get me into the vehicle of my choice. The total time amount spent making a deal was 45 minutes. He is the type of sales representative you would want to work with. If you decided to have anyone help you I would ask for Abel Mireles.     My wife and I went to look at a specific vehicle we saw on Cars.com. When we arrived, there was a flock of sales people to wade through. When we asked about the vehicle, the salesman had to leave us to check his inventory (which is fine). When he returned, he told us it was at the other lot down the road. We followed him down there and upon arrival he saw it was not there. I gave him my number and told him to call when it got back from their warehouse...never heard from him. A couple days later I sent an inquiry through cars.com. At 9pm that night my wife received a text message as a response to my email...asking which car we were interested in. Oddly, that had been included in the email, but we responded with the info anyway. Then she got another text message asking if we had a trade in...if we don't we can't buy a car?!?! Needless to say, we stopped responding to the texts and ended up buying elsewhere.

    Worst dealership ever. Extremely rude and pushy salesmen. They will try to get you to buy even if you don't like the car. The salesman kept trying to sell me a car I didn't want to buy, telling me how good it was... etc.
