I give Anthony Carvalho a 5 Star ++ rating in all respects -- very professional, knowledgeable and an outstanding representative for Land Rover Frisco. I just picked up my 2023 Range Rover (traded-in my 2021 Range Rover which I also bought from Anthony) and everything was perfect. The easiest and the very best new car purchase experiences I have had over the last 50 years have been with Anthony. I recommend Anthony with reservation.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I could go on and on about the multiple bad experiences we’ve had here. Never been treated so poorly in any other customer service experience. Will GUARANTEE that my family or anyone we love and car about never does business with this dealership.

Anthony was very tentative to our needs in purchasing our first Land Rover. The customer service is excellent and we didn't stay at the dealership over an hour and a half leaving with our vehicle. Keep up the good work!

inquired about a truck.

inquired about a truck. received an initial call from the dealership and they left a message. when I called them back shortly thereafter on two separate occasions, they did not return my call. the next day I found out that the truck was no longer available. would have been nice to have been notified on status.

If I could negative rating to this showroom I would have. They do frauds and never disclose complete details for the car you buy and give you wrong information even after you ask them direct specific questions and are highly disrespectful when you confront them after finding out their fraud. Their google rating seem fake as it’s either 1 star or 5. The staffs in service are good but sales Team and sales manager are a bunch of crooks and xxxxx.

My overall experience was great. Anthony did a great job of explaining things and helping customize my new Jag when building it from scratch on the website. He also helped make the trade-in process very simple with a good trade-in value.

I bought a nice 2018 vehicle at another dealer with still

I bought a nice 2018 vehicle at another dealer with still factory warranty. The simple fact was to make transfers from American to EU but was the worse mistake I done Jaguar of Frisco I sent my vehicle there even though I knew about their reputation. I’ll thought that by doing so I’ll test their service and proceed to buy my next New Land Rover . But they fail every step of the service I work for reputable dealers for 32 yrs and I believed the the service staff needs to be fired or retrained for a better customer Service. Now next week I’ll be. Using Sewell BMW great service there. All this issue was for a Battery issue and sensor failure. Definitely they need extensive training I feel bad for the actual owners . One more complaint in their record. For sure
