The dealership does not negotiate in good faith.

The dealership does not negotiate in good faith. Agreed to take a deposit so the vehicle could be purchased on Saturday. Greedy sales manager called to reneg on agreement after i had shaken hands and all parties agreed to deal~ Do not do business there! Salesman good - his manager - horrid!

LOOK ELSEWHERE.

LOOK ELSEWHERE. Buyer beware: I'd recommend avoiding Rob at all costs, and likely the dealership altogether. Rob fraudulently misrepresented several pieces of information about the sale of a car I was interested in and, I might add, did so without any hesitation. That tells me he likely does this with frequency. A dealership that allows this kind of behavior is one to be avoided and I'm certainly never doing business with them again.

Stay Away.

Stay Away......Certified garbage. Bought a 2021 almost new "Certified" Range Rover sport last month. You buy AND PAY MORE for a certified vehicle to not deal with issues. Since then it's been in the shop 3 weeks total...on two seperate times. Luckily we have another car or this would have been a bad situation. Not that paying for a car that's not even here and very clearly is a piece of garbage all while finding rides to the shop constantly is a great situation. I cannot even begin to imagine what more will go wrong in the future since this is month one with a "certified" vehicle. I'd say stay away from here and the brand. Hope this helps others when selecting something that costs what these cost.

We have recently upgraded our phone system with the network upgrade next which should eliminate the "no-answer" situation. As far as the text person, our Chat was being managed by an Ai.
