Big shoutout to Broc and Bishoy for being absolute pros—knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all my questions (and indecisiveness). Everyone made the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. Even the new guy was great—though let’s just say spelling might not be his strong suit… I think he spelled “Kia” with a silent Q at one point. 😄 But hey, we all start somewhere!
