This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Brian. I called Brian and he found the exact car that I wanted.

I traveled in from Buffalo NY To Tolbert Automotive to purchase a 2015 Nissan Leaf

Brian at Brian Tolbert Automotive had my dream car on his lot ( an ice blue Mini Cooper with sun roof) He was very attentive and accommodating. It was a smooth and satisfying experience and I know have my Mini Cooper to zip around in !!!

I have been purchasing vehicles from Brian for years(~2001), 5 cars. My daughter purchased her first vechicle out of college last June('16). My recommendation to her was purchase a used car from Brian's Dealership, or a New Car Dealership as I did want to deal with any guesses on other used car dealerships. She lives in Ithaca. Shortly after getting her car back to Ithaca car was not shifting smoothly. I emailed Brian, within 20min he responded with, "take the car to the Honda Dealer, in Ithaca and have them check it, if there is anything wrong, I will cover it fully!". He could have said have her bring it back to me(100+ miles) to have it checked out. Turn out to be nothing specific. Speaks to Integrity of business for many years and standing by what he sells!

Stumbled upon Brian out of the blue, and couldnt have been more happy that i did. Brian, Chris, and Kory are all great guys, and create a very relaxed environment with no effort. They are all very friendly and helpful. Very fair price and offered friendly negotiation. Advice: Go to him, youll have a wonderful experience along with a clean car! Great!

My parents who are both in their 70's were looking for just the right car. I am usually skeptical of smaller dealerships, so when they asked me to join them to look at the car of their dreams at this small dealership, I braced myself for what was to be an unpleasant experience, or so I thought. Well, I was completely wrong. Brian was a complete professional and made the experience very pleasant and easy. All the cars on the lot were exceptional low mileage vehicles at fair prices. There was no pressure, just helpful and honest advice. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Car shopping is one of those things most people dread. The "used car salesman" is not a title anyone likes to be called. I assure you, this is not your typical used car lot, and Brian is not your typical used car salesman. He is a business owner that relies on repeat business and complete customer satisfaction. He is an excellent choice and I would gladly do business with him again. My parents are thrilled and I couldn't be any happier for them. Thank you Brian.

We purchased a previously enjoyed (used!) RV. Brian was patient, encouraging, and fair. He answered questions, offered options, and allowed time for us to process our choices.

When I wanted a Nissan Leaf, I found the Nissan dealers in my area were only willing to sell me a new Leaf (for cash) but were unwilling to lease one, finance one or search for a used one. Fortunately, these guys had one at an affordable price. They also had a car-fax for it (which I of course double checked - and that checked out too). Turns out my car came off a lease, with no accidents and was in very good condition. Fortunately, I don't have any experience with their warranty because the car's been great! Virtually no pressure to buy, very quick with the sales process and very helpful when it came to shipping it to me.

Kriss and Brian made buying a car completely painless. Kriss let us look at the cars we were interested in and test drive them without breathing down our necks like other dealers. He gave us the key, answered any questions we had and then left us alone, which I really appreciated. Brian made the buying process quick and easy. He was incredibly helpful and flexible when I was trying to figure out the logistics of picking up the new car. He also told me about their 90 day warranty. Sure enough when a headlight bulb went out 3 weeks later I called Brian and he told me they'd fix it. I brought the car in and they replaced the bulb and had me on my way with no hassles. There was no catch to the warranty and no hoops to jump through. I can't thank these guys enough and I've already told all my friends to go there for their next car!
