Think twice before using this dealership
I was looking at one of their used cars and confirmed the night before that it was still in stock since I was coming to test drive it the next day, to which I received an e-mail that it was. When I drove down from LA to Mission Viejo, it turns out that the car was sold that night. The sales rep easily could have e-mailed me to say the car was no longer available and to not make the 56 mile trip down. And just the cavalier way the other salesman was, who sold the car the nigh before, really was off putting. If this is the way you handle potential customers, I would say avoid this dealership all together.
How buying a car SHOULD be !
Let me begin by saying THANK YOU to all at MV Jaguar/Land Rover. I bought my vehicle out of state . Rockey worked hard to make a fair deal amd get the best financing available ( They even beat CapitalOne who I had for decades ). Rockey was very attentive and being an out of state purchase I had many questions. He was prompt with his replies via text and phone (even took time on his day off to tell me about the transport company and ship date from your dealership to me in FL, now that's DEDICATION!!) Jeff in Finance was great !! Took the time to explain the out of state vehicle registration and answered all my questions promptly . Thank you all for making the LARGEST vehicle purchase ever a smooth and top notch experience. I recommend those looking for the best give this dealership your business . You won't be disappointed. Kudos !! Well done and thank you for going ABOVE and BEYOND!!!
Total Disappointment and a big Shame...
Just purchased a used Range Rover Sport HSE and took it the MV location for the first time. Scott my service representative was cordial at the beginning to take the car in and test the car. Got a text after running the diagnostics and a list of recommended repairs. The total spend was almost $3300. Took the car and noticed the service light comes on after I start the car and then goes away after 5 sec or so. Contacted Scott to see if they can turn it off! Should have been turned off after all the checking! He stated, they can only turn it off if I do an oil change $295. I let them know the oil change was recently done at the Newport location before I just bought the car in Feb. and it will be due in about 15K miles. Could I pls come by and get it turned off? HE SAID NO! unless I do an oil change! It is ridiculous and it is a big shame for this type of a treatment! I guess it is all about money and zero service. Totally disappointed and I guess Newport location here I come! NOT GOOD.
CPO or Lemon: Update
This is a follow-up to a review earlier this week regarding my CPO or Lemon review. We got a hold of the service manager and he was extremely sincere and honest about what had happened with the vehicle and the team was working to get all the new parts installed for me. I'm glad to report that my car was ready the following day and drove like new. I appreciate the team taking the time to triple check the vehicle and didn't rush to give me back the vehicle. I also want to give kudos to Kyle in service for remembering to replace the cover for my key which I forgot about. Honestly, it's the little things like this that counts so thank you Kyle! Now for the sales experience... I appreciate Adam reaching out to me and listening to my concerns. I even stopped by to see him at the dealership today since he was so nice and empathetic of my situation so I wanted to say "hi" in person. At the end of the day, I believe I made a good purchase and I would refer the dealership to my family and friends.

great dealer!! first off my sales guy Charles is the man to see! My wife didn?t know what car to get and he was patient as patient could be! overall due to Charles and his helpful attitude is one of the biggest reasons why we purchased our car! not pushy and just helpful the whole time! you must speak to charles Alderman if your looking to purchase a car here..

Great customer service!
We purchased a used car sight unseen from the internet. Chris gave us pictures of the minor cosmetic scratches prior to us committing to buy and confirmed vehicle was certified and in excellent condition otherwise. We flew in from out of town and were provided an Uber ride from the airport to the dealership. Service once there was 5 star. Very professional and personable staff. Only reason facilities got a 4 is because they were under construction... but temporary trailers and restrooms were well kept. Overall great experience!

Easy car buying process, great people and prices
What an amazing experience! Johnathan was nothing short of amazing from start to finish! He made the process easy and got me a beautiful car that I love! The GM is also fantastic as is all the staff I came into contact with. If you need an easy carbuying experience with great prices- definitely come here! Also the renovation in process is going to be beautiful! They did a fantastic job of still operating the dealership in the meantime.

Poor service, poor build quality!
I purchase a 2018 RR sport mid-April, 2018 which now has 5,000 miles on it. During the last 5-months of my ownership, the vehicle has been out of my charge for 21-full days. My experience with the build quality of the vehicle dates back to days after my ownership. I have contacted Jaguar Land Rover Client care to address my concerns as my repetitive requests to the dealership had gone unanswered. As a previous AUDI owner (20+ Audi cards over 20-years), I regret moving brands to Land Rover - and am extremely disappointed both in the build quality and service I have experienced thus far. My challenges have been appointments that seem to only mean that I can meet with a Service Advisor - and do not actually mean I have an appointment to have my vehicle looked at in a timely manner, complete lack of follow-through and communication, poor build quality of a luxury vehicle. After 5 separate visits to the dealership over 21-days, I got my car back yesterday and finally have the issues resolved - until this morning, when ANOTHER issue presented itself. I am beyond frustrated and do not have any confidence in the product, the retailer, or the manufacturer as they do not seem to care. I have personally engaged the owner, Scott Paul, the Service Adviser, Robin Eisenberg, as well as the Client Care department to seek help with the issues I have experienced. NOT ONCE have they proactively reached out to resolve these issues, committed to make things right, or taken a SERIOUS interest in helping a consumer who trusted in the $90,000 product purchased. There is no compassion, empathy, or effort here. I plan on sharing my experience with my 3,000 social media connections and anyone who will listen.
