The moment we pulled into the lot until we had purchased our truck,our experience was GREAT. Tested several trucks without anyone hassling us. Arsenio Wilson very helpful with all information on each truck and all options available. After selection, paperwork was a breeze. I have sat in dealerships for hours doing paperwork and we were through in less than 30 min. They went above and beyond to help us.

The service that we received at Pigg was beyond measure. Wes Allen, aka: The Bearded Angel, provided information and educated us on our options and was very prompt in responding to my many questions. There was never any pressure to buy and the paperwork process, which can be overwhelming, was so simple. We have bought 8 cars at different locations and this was definitely our best experience ever! I found the sales staff to very accommodating. We arrived at the dealership less than an hour to closing and they allowed us to test drive two different vehicles and were willing to stay late to work out the deal.

Made a call and Wes returned it- then handed me over to salesman Jamie who patiently answered all of my questions. However, Jamie had a scheduled vacation so Arsenio took over. I was worried I would have to explain my quest all over again but he had been briefed well. Loved working with him- very laid back and easy to talk to. We found our 2009 Avalon through USAA Buyer's Service but I was hesitant to drive up all the way to Prattville from Enterprise just to look at a car - but the terrific price was calling me. I'm glad we went up - the trip was worth it!! The staff at Pigg are great- absolutely had nothing but a good experience. Actually- the easiest car purchase from a dealer EVER! I definitely recommend them and will go to them with my next car quest.

The staff at Pigg Enterprises made my first time car buying experience the best it could have been! I was a little nervous but Joel and Wes's honesty, helpfulness and commitment to seeing my car fixed and ready for the next five years makes me want to come back and find cars for my children when it's time!
