I spoke with Nate.

I spoke with Nate..being 3.5 hours away before I drove...got a price total on vehicle...told him what I expected for trade which I investigated before going..told Nate what I expected for trade..told him I had one hour. Made the drive, price was as quoted, trade came in VERY close, time frame very close...very very happy..worth a drive.

Enjoyed my experience with AutoNation Ford.

Enjoyed my experience with AutoNation Ford. Purchased a Range Rover from them and the whole experience was positive. They were great about upfront pricing and did not try to add a bunch of extras to the purchase. I highly recommend them. Travis was a great salesman and pleasant to deal with.

We submitted an online inquiry for a Ford Fusion we

We submitted an online inquiry for a Ford Fusion we liked, and we were immediately contacted back with information we needed. I requested a Carfax - it was immediately sent. Happy with the history - I then asked for a few cell phone photos. Our salesman, Mike Amendolare, sent me both photos and exterior & interior video. We decided to proceed with the next step. They emailed the credit app and then quote with estimated monthly payment. Mike answered all my questions promptly- even that evening when (I didn't realize) he was home. We made an appointment to drive down from Ocala. Mike had the vehicle cleaned and ready to drive when we arrived. We not only left with the vehicle in less than 3 hours - the finance manager found us a better rate and our payments were substantially less than originally quoted! This vehicle was a first time purchase for our 19 year old son, they were very patient and helpful explaining everything to him from start to finish. This was honestly the most pleasant vehicle purchase we have ever made. 5 stars across the board for the entire process - and our teenage son's new Ford Fusion. Thank you for a stress-free experience, highly recommend AutoNation Ford Brooksville!

Waited on hold 15 minutes to get an appointment for an

Waited on hold 15 minutes to get an appointment for an oil change. Call finally answered to be put on hold so you could get the schedule on the computer. Another person answered the call thinking it was someone else on hold my call was disconnected. You lost my business today I will never recommend this business.
